The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with golf, beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 3 championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year.
Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
Villamartin / Pinada Golf area
This first floor apartment is ideally situated for golfers or non golfers that want to get the best out of a holiday. The Villamartin development is located on the Orihuela Costas and is built around three of the most prestigious golf courses in the Spain. It has all the amenities you would expect to find at such a resort. There are several commercial areas with a variety of shops and supermarkets and numerous plazas with a selection of bars and restaurants.
For those not interested in golf, the beautiful sandy beaches and the warm waters of the Mediterranean are only ten minutes drive away. The beaches of the Costa Blanca are plentiful and diverse ranging from isolated coves for secluded sunbathing to vibrant beaches full of life with beach bars and restaurants. Here you will find all kinds of water sports including paragliding, diving, wind surfing, jet skiing, sailing and fishing.

Close by and well within 10 minute walk there are bars and restaurants on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. A selection of shops and banks are located in the plaza, completing all the necessary facilities. Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of the apartment, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, Please supply own beach towels. There is a one off 45 Euro cleaning charge payable at the property on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available.
