The Villa is only three years old and is perfect for a family holiday or for golfers who want to get away for a few rounds of golf in the sun, only a 15 minute drive from Murcia airport, the villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people comfortably and there is also a pull out sofa bed in the lounge, all the bedrooms have 2 single beds with a bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, both with bath and shower, the villa is fully airconditioned with satalite television, the upstairs has access to a roof terrace for private sunbathing, the house is fully alarmed, it also has washing machine and dryer, there is also a cot for babies and small children.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The villamartin area on the costa blanca is the perfect family holiday location, with short flights from the uk and a short drive from murcia airport.
The area offers great weather with average daily temperatures in the 80's, with Alicante 45 minutes drive away and Benidorm a further 15 minutes away, local supermarkets are close by with fresh local produce, there is also a great Saturday market.
Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
There are over 45 bars and restaurants in the Villamartin plaza, catering for everyone, from fine dining to family restaurants to bars serving fast food, english, chinese, italian, spanish, mexican and many more, there is something for everyone here.
La zenia beach is only a five minute drive away, and the seaside town of torrevieja only 15 minutes drive away for more shops and restaurants and a lovely beach.There are also many golf courses in the area which are all a good test for the beginner and more experienced golfer.

Flights to Murcia airport with Ryanair from Liverpool, 15 minutes drive from airport to the villa. Flights to Alicante from Liverpool with Easyjet, 45 minutes drive from the airport to the villa. Flights from manchester with jet2 also available. Good carhire rates from carjet.com

There is a housekeeper who lives around the corner from the villa who will be glad to help or offer advice during your stay, not only about the villa but the local area and anything else you need to know.
Conditions
On a one week booking we would like a £100 deposit payable at time of booking. On a two week booking we would like a £200 deposit payable at time of booking. A Refundable deposit of £200 for breakages payable on final balance of booking, six weeks before departure then returned after property inspection. If there are smokers in your party we would appreciate it if they would smoke outside or on the balcony.
