Beautifully furnished self catering bungalow just 10 mins from the fabulous beaches of La Zenia,Dehesa de Campoamor and Playa Flamenca. Ideal for families with children as there are also more beaches which are all with in 10kms of the property. Or you can just relax and enjoy the quiet peaceful sound of the local birdsong, or enjoy a round of golf on the three local courses.
This porperty is situated behind the 16th green and 17th tee (second line)on the beautiful championship golf course of Las Ramblas and is only 5mins from two other great golf courses, Villamartin and Campoamor.
Las Ramblas golf course has only just finished being completely refurbished and is still a challenging course for all golfers. There is a communal pool directly outside the front door.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

As well as fabulous climate and a great selection of beautiful beaches and whitewashed villages, the area around has an abudance of challenging golf courses,3 within 5 mins of the rpoperty and others within 30 mins.
The historic city of Cartgena is also 45 mins away with its fabulous port and local shops where bargains galore can be found.
There are many markets around the area on different days where you can buy the local fresh produce.

Villamartin / Las Ramblas Golf Course area

Fabulous beaches and golf courses with a waterpark in nearby torrevieca Suberb restaurants with views out to see can be pre-booked.
Villamartin is the more well-known of the three courses and is about five minutes’ drive away. Again, 18 hole and par 72, it is set in a pine tree forest and boasting tight fairways and beautifully manicured greens. This course is the ultimate test for the golfer after honing his/her skills on the other two.

How to get there

Fly to San Javier Airport, Las Ramblas is 20 mins away.
Cheap Flights available with Ryanair from Luton/Stanstead/Gatwick and East Midlands and most other airports.
Also with Easyjet and Monarch to Alicante Airport,40 mins away.
Cheap Car hire is available at the airports via www.carjet .com or www./carjetiberia.com.
There are local taxis available at the airport, fares should be about 30 euros from San Javier and 50 Euros from Alicante.

The bungalow is situated in a quiet area of las ramblas and has an outside patio with table and 4 chairs ideal for al fresco dining.
The pool is directly below the property which also has a large rooftop solarium,and has a large table and 4chairs and sunloungers for use of the occupants. The views from the property lookout on to the National Wilderness Conservation Park. The local area which is 10mins away has an abundance of amenities and restaurants to suit all tastes.
