Our villa is located in Villamartin within a short traveling distance from both Alicante (40 mins) and Murcia (20 mins) airports. The villa is well equipped to a high standard and guests can enjoy whatever type of holiday they like whether it be relaxing by the pool, visiting some beautiful towns, eating and drinking in excellent restaurants and bars or playing golf.
The master bedroom is upstairs with a newly fitted en-suite shower room as well as a large private terrace that overlooks a green to the front of the property. This is a great place for undisturbed sunbathing! This bedroom has a sofabed suitable for a child.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and each have 2 single beds along with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. The downstairs bathroom is recently refitted and has a modern suite including bath and shower.
There are gardens to 3 sides of the house and the rear garden area overlooks the large communal pool. On the front terrace there is brick built barbecue and patio furniture. This terrace overlooks a peaceful green.
This is our holiday home and we have therefore tried to equip it with everything you may need on your holiday too.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca boasts a fabulous all year round climate which makes it a great destination to visit during the British autumn, winter and spring seasons. There are many well known and not so well known towns and cities to visit notably Benidorm, Alicante, Elche, Murcia and Cartagena.
Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
Within 5 minutes walk there is a complex with a large supermarket, a selection of shops as well as numerous bars and restaurants. A 10/15 minute walk takes you to Villamartin Plaza with a wide variety of bars and excellent restaurants which cater for every taste and pocket. Most of the restaurants have outdoor seating in the picturesque square which is inhabited by wild parrots.
Clubs and discos can be found in Cabo Roig, about 2 miles away.
La Zenia beach is a 5 minute drive away, sun loungers and beach umberellas can be taken from the villa. The coast has many more beaches within easy reach.
Torrevieja is a large town 15 minutes drive away. A nightly market takes place on the seafront promenade which is great for an evening stroll. Slightly further afield are the cities of Elche, Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante.
There is a market each saturday just 5 minutes away from the villa selling everything that could possibly be sold at a market stall.
There are numerous golf courses within a short drive and we can advise on the best courses and how to book.
For something a bit more relaxing there are several spas in the area. 15 minutes away is a newly built spa as part of a 4 star hotel complex specialising in thalassotherapy treatments - pure luxury!
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Murcia or Alicante. We recommend www.economycarhire.com or www.iberocar.com for competitive car rental.

All bedrooms are fully air conditioned, in addition fans are provided.
We have an information pack in the villa which provides you with information on local places to visit and recommendations on bars and restaurants. There are also a number of maps and books providing information on the wider area.
We supply both beach towels and towels for use in the villa. Hairdryers are also in both bathrooms. An iron is provided. The kitchen has a washing machine.
A travel cot, buggy and high chair are in the villa. A travel safety gate is available. A selection of toys including beach toys and the essential bucket and spade are ready for your use.
