Villa Martin Plaza is a 5 min walk and comprises of many fine restaurants offering international cuisine from Spanish, Chinese, English and German. These restaurants offer music and entertainment in beautiful settings for that relaxing evening in the balmy evenings of LaEspana! The apartment is very close to the prestigious Villa Martin golf course and is also within a 5 minute drive of the Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses. Also within a 30 minute drive via the AP7 you can visit the famous La Manga where there are 3 golf courses available. Additionally you will find the local superb blue flag beaches with white sands and crystal clear blue waters within a 10 minute drive of Villa Martin, including, La Zenia, Mil Palmeras and San Pedro.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Fabulous beaches, fantastic weather (the best climate in Europe, according to the Workd Health Organisation), great food, sports, friendly people and very Spanish. Where do you start to describe Torrevieja? We could not find one major tour operator which holidays here, yet Torrevija and it surrounding areas are full of history, from the Roman Pier at La Mata to wonderful churches. Surrounded by the famous salt lagoons, designated as National parks which export salt worldwide. (over 250 different bird species have been sighted here.
Villamartin / Sol Golf area
Shopping in Torrevieja is great, with plenty of bargains from designer trainers in the sports shops to English brands in the supermarkets (try the “Carrefore”). The one thing that is more expensive than the UK , is gold. Eating out is a pleasure and a bargain from the Spanish seafood restaurants in Torrevieja to the English, German, Swedish, and Chinese etc found on the various Urbanisations. Torrevieja is a family orientated harbour with an all year round fun fair.

Further details indoors: The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower, large lounge and a spacious kitchen/dining area. Boasting a front balcony and a very spacious roof terrace with barbecue. Additionally it has a private car parking space with gates.
Sleeping 6: The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin with a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. Bed linen and towels are provided but NOT beach towels. Under each bed you will find a storage box containing fresh towels and clean bed linen if required during your stay.
Entertainment: The apartment has a Television, DVD player and CD stereo.
Keys: Keys will be sent to you prior to departure. We also have a spare set of keys held by our Property Management Company – J&D Services, who can be found a No. 5 Sol Golf or tel: 679521415. Please be aware that should any keys be lost then you will be responsible for the cost of changing the locks, which costs around 60 euros per lock and the replacement keys which will cost around 40 euros.
Security: The apartment is fitted with an alarm, upon entering and leaving the apartment key the 4 digit code and this will set and unset the alarm. There is a security safe available in the master bedroom and the instructions can be found on the top of the safe. All windows have shutters, which are operated on a pulley system inside. PLEASE BE CAREFUL TO OPERATE THESE VERY SLOWLY AS THEY ARE READILY BROKEN!!
Eating and Living: There is room in the lounge for 6 and the dining room table extends to accommodate 6 comfortably. Please use the throwovers when sitting on the sofas to avoid oil/sun tan lotion staining the furniture. All kitchen amenities are available which include, oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery & crockery, iron and ironing board.
Balcony/Terrace: The quiet balcony is situated overlooking the communal swimming pool. The large roof terrace comprises of a brick barbecue, table & chairs, sun lounges and a cool refreshing shower area.
Safety: Please be careful on the staircases as they can get slippery when wet. The apartment is fitted with 2 smoke alarms and there is a first aid box in the cupboard above the fridge.
Heating/Cooling: There are 2 oil filled radiators in the apartment for those winter months and additionally 2 air conditioning units, 1 in the lounge and the 2nd in the master bedroom. The air conditioning units provide both hot and cold air.
