Home description

Our 1st floor apartment is in a quiet location within a few minutes walk of the Plaza. It has 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with all towels provided (including beach towels). A comfortable lounge/ dining area, double sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen, air-conditioning and British television.
The front balcony has the morning sun, it is furnished with table and chairs and overlooks the communal pool and gardens. A stairway leads from the balcony up to a private roof top solarium with fabulous views and all day sun, it is furnished with sun loungers which can be taken to the pool, table, chairs, large sun umbrella and barbecue area. There is also a private garden on the ground floor offering you a cooler alternative for relaxing.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The area is a quiet area located around golf courses and great night life, bars and restaurants. Within easy access to golf courses and beaches. A short drive (5 minutes) to the local beach of La Zenia which holds a EU blue flag award. There are water sports available in the summer months. Alicante and Torrevieja are within easy driving distance and worth a visit. There are many local markets.The area boasts over 300 sunny days.


Villamartin / Las Violetas area

Villamartin is an upmarket area and in an excellent location being close to 3 main golf courses and many sandy beaches. The Villamartin Plaza contains over 20 restaurants most of which are open all year round, they vary from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, Indian and French to name but a few. Meals are served both indoors and outside in summer months in the delightful courtyard. there are also a number of bars and cafes in the vicinity.
Villamartin golf course is 3 minute walk away from the apartment, campoamor and Las Ramblas are a few minutes drive away. La Finca is the newest golf club in the area. The famous La Manga golf club is about 40 minutes drive away.and has three courses.
Los Dolses Plaza is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Here there are more good restaurants, bars,shops and more to come.

The lounge/ dining area is very comfortable with 2 sofas ( 1 is a double sofa bed), a chair, dining table with 4 chairs, wall unit and British television. The kitchen is fully furnished with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, full oven, hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The apartment has 1 family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The other bathroom is en-suit to the main double bedroom with shower unit, toilet and wash basin. There is air-conditioning in the lounge/ dining area and in the main double bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment contains all you may need for a self-catering holiday.

The apartment has large doors which open onto the front balcony. The balcony has the morning to mid-day sun and has a table and 4 chairs. A stairway leads from the balcony to the roof solarium/terrace, with views looking over Villamartin and the sea in the distance.There is a built in barbecue for your use. There is also a garden with a lemon and palm tree which provides a little more shade than the roof terrace., you are welcome to take the sun loungers down into the garden for a cooler alternative for relaxing. There is car parking outside the apartment, on a quiet road.

Arrival and departure days are flexible. we would ask that you vacate the apartment by 10.30am and access on arrival will be after 3.00pm. We would only ask this if we have guests arriving or leaving on the same day as you. We will inform you if you need to leave or arrive at these times.
Payment of 50 Euros on arrival / daparture will be required for all cleaning and laundry. A welcome pack can be provided on your arrival( bread, milk, water etc ) for a charge of 7-10 euros.
