This beautiful detached villa is located in the peaceful area of Pinanda Golf, Villamartin located within a short distance to three renowned major golf courses and walking distance to the famous Villamartin Plaza. The property comprises of 4 excellent sized bedrooms (4 bedrooms in all ( 1 x double (2people) 1 x single (1person) 1 x twin (2people)1 x double (2people) plus double sofa bed in this room (2people) this is a very large room = Total x 9people )PLUS 1 X COT FOR BABY). 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room. Air conditioning, Satelite TV, HIFI/ CD facilities are also in place. The property is linked by an attractive wooden spiral staircase to the rooftop solarium and the lower living accommodation which also has it own independent entrance together with a games room (Tennis Table) and storage area, Additional features are a soft play area for young children and a private swimming pool which is gated for safety as is the staircase entries.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Villamartin development is located on the Orihuela Costas and is built around one of the most prestigious golf courses in the Spain. It has all the amenities you would expect to find at such a resort, with panoramic view of the Mediterranean. There are several commercial areas with a variety of shops and supermarkets and numerous plazas with a selection of bars and restaurants.
For those not interested in golf, the beautiful sandy beaches and the warm waters of the Mediterranean are only ten minutes drive away. The beaches of the Costa Blanca are plentiful and diverse ranging from isolated coves for secluded sunbathing to vibrant beaches full of life with beach bars and restaurants. Here you will find all kinds of water sports including paragliding, diving, wind surfing, jet skiing, sailing and fishing.
At Villamartín there is something for everyone.

This select resort is popular with holiday makers and golf enthusiasts as is within easy reach of a number of popular golf resorts, La Zenia beach and the famous plaza at Villamartin which comes alive at night for eating and drinking, complete with banks, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, medical centre (with English speaking doctor) and pharmacy among other shops.Torrevieja with its sea front promenade, restaurants and nightly market is 15 to 20 minutes drive.

How to get there

Fly to either Alicante or Murcia Airports.
FROM ALICANTE: 35 mins drive on the motorway, 45 mins on the N332 - South bound.
FROM MURCIA: 20 mins drive on the motorway, 25 mins on the N332 - North bound.

The property has been in use by our family since it was built and is well kept. It is looked after locally by some friends who are on hand should there be any problems.

The property benefits from a roof top sun terrace. At ground level there is a private plunge swimming pool and a children's soft play area along with a veranda.

The minimal rental is for 1 week however should a long term or monthly package be required we can discuss prices.

There is a charge of £75 for cleaning after your departure. Please be advised that for arrivals later than 7pm at the villa the office to collect the villa keys will be closed therefore their will be a £25 fee for somebody to meet and greet you at the villa out of working hours.

A refundable deposit of £150 is charged to cover any loss, damage, breakages or additional cleaning that may be required.
