It has two twin bedrooms making it ideal for families/couples, with much to see & do in the surrounding area. It is also well located near a championship golf course so perfect for a golfing holiday.

The area is a lovely part of Spain with sunshine and warm days most months of the year.
Villamartin area
Villamartin is a peaceful area ideal for families and couples or those who enjoy golf. Local amenities include many excellent (family friendly) bars and restaurants, tennis courts and a championship golf course. It is located 10 mins from excellent road networks, Torrevieja being approx 10 min drive, also in easy reach are the towns of Alicante, Murcia and Benidorm. There are many places of interest/ things to do within the surrounding area including botanical gardens, local markets and a nature reserve as well as waterparks & zoos for the children. Golf is also a very popular past time with many championship golf courses in the area, and one only 2 mins walk from the apartment. There is a very well stocked supermarket 300yds from the apartment, also banking facilities & pharmacy.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Murcia airport. Transfer by car - from Alicante approx 40 mins & from Murcia approx 20 mins. Car hire recommended however, airport transfers can be arranged.

Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on balcony or sun terrace. Refundable breakages/damages deposit of £50 to be returned within 2wks of your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection). Non refundable booking deposit of £50 with the balance due 6 weeks before rental period.
There will be an additional cleaning charge of €50 per booking, payable on departure.
