Great airconditioned one bedroom apartment at Lomas Del Golf 10 mins walk from the famous Villamartin Plaza. South facing with communal swimming pool directly outside. Three golf courses Villamartin, Las Ramblas & Campoamar are within a five minute drive.

The property comes fully equipped for a self catering holiday and includes SKY TV, however there re many bars and restaurants nearby with the lively Villamartin Plaza a short walk away. It is in a quiet area so you don't get the noise from the local nightlife.

Torrevieja and excellent blue flag beaches are only a 10 drive away

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Valencia is the home of paella, and this area has white sandy beaches, with the mountains rolling away to the sea. The city of Valencia blends Roman and Gothic architecture with ultra-modern constructions, and is an increasingly popular destination. The city is set upon the Costa del Azahar, quieter than the Costa Blanca to the south, with vast stretches of orange groves and sandy beaches.

Villamartin / Lomas Del Golf area

Lomas Del Golf and Villamartin is a great centre for your holiday, it is is quiet yet near many restaurants, bars and shops with plenty to keep you occupied with a lively nightlife.

The golf is fantastic, we go every year with a group of friends to play the local courses that are close by.

Campo de Golf Villamartin www.golfvillamartin.com is within a two minute drive. Campo de Golf Las Ramblas www.golframblas.com and Real Club de Golf Campoamar are both within a 10 minute drive away.

All the local beaches are blue flag, the closet being La Zenia under 10 minutes in the car. Campoamar beach isour favourite with many beach bars or a bit further away there are miles of sandy beaches at Guadamar.

Water sports at Mar Menor a 20 drive away you can also expericence the healing salt waters and mud baths.

How to get there

45 mins away from Alicante and 30 mins from Murcia airports
both journeys are direct and easy. Both airports are served by the lowcost airlines and Alicante has a large selection of scheduled and charter flights including BMI from Heathrow.
