We have 2-Bedroom Air- Conditioned Apartments in Lomas Del Golf. These apartments are next to each other both have
Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe, hair dryer. Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe. Furnished to the highest quality.
Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 6 persons.
In the main area of the villa you will find spacious dining area with Air Conditioning, table and 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with and a double bed settee, TV with UK channels, Hi-Fi,radio,cassette/CD player. There is also a Electronic safe fitted for extra security. Quality furniture is used throughout.
Communal Pool is just in front of the apartment.

This Villa is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 30 minutes from Murcia airport or 40 minutes from Alicante. The villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads.
Villamartin area
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 3 championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world

Further details outdoors: Close by and well within 10 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.The villa is ideally located for Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf courses. The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars, restaurants and bowling alley to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. Large Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - again within 10 minute drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, water and linen, except beach towels. . There are no further accommodation costs
