The apartment has air conditioning with the addition of ceiling fans in each room.
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike whether it is golf, walking relaxing or shopping that you're after then this is the place. Beaches and Golfing 5 miutes away.,there are triple blue flag beaches of La Zenia,Capo Roig and Flemenco.There are many more fantastic beaches and coves in the area to explore. Three championship golf courses within 5 minutes drive.

Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap and within 10 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
Villamartin / Las Rosas area
Villamartin has a wonderful Andulucian-style central Plaza,where wild parrots perch in the trees above a wide choice of bars,shops and restaurants.Villamartin's amenties also include well-stocked supermarkets,banks and a medical centre.During peak season there are children's activity/games area and karaoke. Water park and modern 3 storey shopping mall with under floor parking and night life approximately 15 minutes away.
A popular local market is held on a saturday and a sunday.There are also markets during the week.
The cosmopolitan seaside town of Torrevieja is 8km away.This resort offers huge choice of restaurants,many overlooking the marina and seafront promenade,as well as a huge street market to get all your souvenirs and gifts for the family.There is also a aqua park and extensive nightlife.
