Home description
This wonderful apartment is situated in the relaxing area of Los Dolses, Villamartin. There is a beautiful secured swimming pool split into 3 sections , one being ideal for young children. The pool is surrounded by grass and plants and is a lovely area to sit and sunbathe. Close to the apartment are restaurants, shops, bars,supermarkets and a bank with a cash machine. There are 3 plazas to choose from with every kind of cuisine on offer.
The apartment is light and airy with plenty of space. Patio doors lead out onto a balcony where there is a table and chairs to dine al fresco and relax overlooking the area of Villamartin. There is also a rooftop terrace which is perfect for lying out on the sunloungers provided to enjoy the year round sunshine. There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and lounge/dining/kitchen leading out onto a sunny balcony with steps leading up to the large sun terrace.
The apartment has all the amenities required - very much a home from home whilst you are on holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There are several beautiful beaches to visit , all within a short drive. There is La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campamor to name a few. The sand is white or golden and the sea warm and clear. Most beaches provide entertainment areas such as volleyball, climbing frames, showers and refreshments. Sun loungers and parasols are available to hire for a small fee. Watersports are a must at the beaches with jet skis, banana boats and pedalos available to hire.
The climate is excellent all year round and is said the be one of the healthiest in the world.
In Torrevieja, there is an excellent waterpark called Aquapolis which is suitable for all ages as there is a toddler pool, park, wave pool and the wild rides for the more adventurous. Sunloungers are available for hire or you can use the grassed area to enjoy the sun and have a picnic.
Villamartin / Los Dolses area
Torrevieja is the nearest town to Los Dolses which is busy in the evenings with many people walking along the beach front. This is an ideal place to shop for gifts and souvenirs. There is also a fun fair for the children next to the marina during the summer months. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and you can enjoy a stroll along the promenade where there is an evening flea market.
There are a number of local markets to choose from during the week where you can purchase fruit, vegetables, clothes, leather goods, ornaments - just about anything you can think of.
Los Dolses itself feels very residential and relaxing but everything you need is a short walk away with 2 plazas providing a choice of restaurants and bars and a 15 minute walk takes you to the Villamartin Square, just next to the golf course which is an enclosed square surrounded by palm trees which enables you to eat and people watch at the same time.
