Home description
Verdemar is a stylish, Spanish-style townhouse set in a peaceful location very close to a large landscaped swimming pool with shallow children's pool. Furnished to a high standard, the house has a lounge with cable TV and CD Hi-Fi, downstairs toilet/washroom, lovely kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Outside, steps lead down to a delightful enclosed garden.
Upstairs, the main bedroom is air-conditioned and opens out onto a balcony. There is a second bedroom with ceiling fan and a family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. From the landing, stairs lead up to a secluded roof-top sun terrace.

Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
Our villa is situated in Villamartin on the Orihuela Costa. This is an easily accessible area with great leisure and sporting facilities, including four first class golf courses. Villamartin has a wonderful Andulucian-styled central plaza, where wild parrots perch in the trees above a wide choice of bars, shops and restaurants. Villamartin's amenities also include well-stocked supermarkets, banks and a medical centre.
The cosmopolitan seaside town of Torrevieja is 8km away. This resort offers a huge choice of restaurants, many overlooking the marina and seafront promenade, as well as a street market, aqua parks and extensive nightlife.
The coast is only 3 km from Villamartin so just a few minutes in the car will give you a wide choice of beaches and coves to discover. The beaches here are sandy and clean, the water is clear and shallow and the authorities have invested in excellent facilities such as children's play areas, life guards and easy access.
Lunch is never a problem either, with varied menus and good food being served up by the excellent beach bars. Water sports and sailing are on offer locally, or you could just find a quiet spot to top up the tan!
How to get there
Villamartin is an easy 50km drive south from Alicante airport, or just 20km from Murcia. Both airports are well served by the 'budget' airlines, with a flying time of a little over 2 hours from the UK. We are happy to offer assistance with booking flights and car hire.
