Apartment is situated within a very peaceful location but Within easy walking distance to the popular Villamartin plaza with its own variety of bars.restaurants.shops etc.this comfortable furnished apartment is ideal for all tastes.it is well equipped with all mod cons including satelite tv.washing machine air conditioning and dvd player etc. there are two bedrooms which sleep four comfortably but can sleep six using the sofa bed in the lounge area .there is also a fairly spacious balcony complete with table and chairs also a bbq for those relaxing nights in . for those who like to swing a club or two there are three golf courses within the local area and no more than a 10 minute drive and for those who like the sun sand you will find the nearest beach at le zenia which is also a10 minute drive .and you will find a bowling green situated within walking distance to the apartment.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Villamartin development began in 1972 and has evolved into a splendid Mediterranean village of 1500 apartments, townhouses and villas with two excellent 18 hole golf courses at its heart, including the original Club de Golf Villamartin and the new Las Ramblas de Orihuela. There is also a central square with a bank, supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. Just up the road is another large commercial centre-Los Dolses, so you are really spoilt for choice! To the rear of the property is a communual pool and gardens. There is 24 hour security on the complex, and regular checks past the apartment about every hour. The apartment is well maintained and fully equipped. English management staff to help with problems or queries. We can arrange airport transfers if required.

Smoking is allowed. The rental includes electricity, water, towels (not beach towels), bed linen, administration fees and cleaning of the apartment prior to arrival and post departure. A small damage deposit of £50 is required at point of booking and is returnable providing a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.
