Our apartment islocated adjacent to the famous villa martin plaza with its numerous bars and restaurants.The interior is very modern and furnished to a high standard.Four people will be comfortaby accommodated with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The apartment is located end of terrace and first floor therefore enjoys decent privacy. To enjoy the sunny days you have a balcony and substantial roof terrace complete with BBQ facility, dining tabe and of course the essential sunloungers. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Villa Martin complex is one of the most famous areas in the Costa Blanca due to its superb golf facilities and of course the winderfull beaches. The climate is pleasant throughout the year and particulairly warm in the summer. Within 10 minutes drive you have typical spainsh market towns of San migel and Torreveja.

For familes the area offers water spots from the beach as well as a waterpark. Other attractions included Go Carting, horse riding and of course no fewer than 3 championship golf courses.
How to get there
Area is serviced by two airports, Alicante and Murcia. The following airlines fly to region. Easy jet,BA,Monarch, BMI and Ryan air. Car hire is prced very competitvly in Spain and most companies operate from the airports. We would recommend Sol Mar for car hire.

Further details indoors: Sonrisa 2 was completed 12 months ago and is both built and furnished to a high standard. All floors are marble throughout and the lounge furninshings are comfortable white leather.The Kitchen hasboth an oven and hob and the necessary cooking utensils(if you really want to cook) There is a double bed and two singles, all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The lounge is complete with full sky tv package.
Further details outdoors: Sonrisa 2 directly overlooks the communal pool (good for keeping eye on the kids).To the front of the bulding there is a decorative garden. The apartment is approx 5 min drive to the local beaches all of which are very sandy and child friendly.
