Villa Fortuna is a spacious detached villa overlooking the Championship Villamartin golf course. It stands in mature landscaped gardens complete with two large pools.
Fully furnished to a high standard, Villa Fortuna has three large bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms have twin beds and share a second bathroom. There is another toilet/washroom on the first floor.
The large lounge/dining room has a lovely beamed ceiling and is equipped with cable TV and CD Hi-Fi. Doors at each end open onto furnished sun terraces, and there is a roomy terrace area with steps up to a secluded roof-top solarium. The fully fitted kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave.

Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
Our villa is situated in Villamartin on the Orihuela Costa. This is an easily accessible area with great leisure and sporting facilities, including four first class golf courses. Villamartin has a wonderful Andulucian-styled central plaza, where wild parrots perch in the trees above a wide choice of bars, shops and restaurants. Villamartin's amenities also include well-stocked supermarkets, banks and a medical centre. The cosmopolitan seaside town of Torrevieja is 8km away. This resort offers a huge choice of restaurants, many overlooking the marina and seafront promenade, as well as a street market, aqua parks and extensive nightlife. The coast is only 3 km from Villamartin so just a few minutes in the car will give you a wide choice of beaches and coves to discover. The beaches here are sandy and clean, the water is clear and shallow and the authorities have invested in excellent facilities such as children's play areas, life guards and easy access. Lunch is never a problem either, with varied menus and good food being served up by the excellent beach bars. Water sports and sailing are on offer locally, or you could just find a quiet spot to top up the tan!
How to get there
Villamartin is an easy 50km drive south from Alicante airport, or just 20km from Murcia. Both airports are well served by the 'budget' airlines, with a flying time of a little over 2 hours from the UK. We are happy to offer assistance with booking flights and car hire.
