The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The holiday apartment is situated on the Villamartin Golf complex. There is an excellent road network which will take you to Torrevieja, a ten minute drive. Also within easy distance are the towns of Benidorm, La Manga, Alicante, Calpe, 3 Golf courses are nearby as are the beach resorts of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig etc. It is very carefully maintained by the owners who live in Spain, and who realise the need for 1st class accommodation. There are excellent Bars, Restaurants and shops in the immediate area, plus 3 championship Golf courses, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campormor. A lively area in which to thoroughly enjoy yourself.

Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area

Villamartin Golf Course is one of 3 championship courses in the area, it also has a Tennis court and a Top class restaurant. It is situated very close to the beach resorts. The apartment is on the Villamartin Plazza complex which contains numerous bars, restaurants and shops. There is a solarium on top of the apartment. Car hire can be arranged, and also airport pickup

The apartment is ideally situated for touring around Costa Blanca in general. There is an abundance of shops and of particular interest there are Markets held everyday of the week in the towns and villages of the area, they are, Torrevieja. Guardamar, Rojales, Elche, Almoradi, ect. The towns of Rojales and Almoradi are charming rural towns where you can shop and have a drink or Tapas and enjoy yourself in the sunshine.

For those of you who like to combine a Beach holiday with a rural setting and also Golf this apartment is ideally located. From Villamartin the nearest beach is just 5 minutes away, this is the resort of La Zenia. Travelling along the coast there are also the resorts of Punta Prima, Cabo Roig and not forgetting the town beach at Torrevieja. You can also book a boat trip to the tiny Island of Tabarca, well worth a visit. For the shoppers amongst you why not visit the Cities of Alicante and Murcia where you can shop till you drop.

Golf Information The apartment is situated on Villamartin Golf Complex and overlooks the famous Villamartin golf course. This is an 18 hole championship course which attracts many top players. Nearby there are two other 18 hole championship golf courses, they are Las Ramblas and Real Compoarmor and further afield the new Golf course of La Finca at Algorfa which is rated as one of the best in the area. The facilities in each one are first class.

Fly to Alicante or Murcia airports then by car to Villamartin. Directions are given. Airport pickup can be arranged

Overlooks the swimming pool and golf course. There is also an 18 hole Golf Course, reputably one of the best in Costa Blanca. Within the golf club there is also Tennis courts and another swimming pool. Nearby are the beaches of La Zenia, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, and Cabo Roig.

We also have on offer Bed and Breakfast Studio apartment in grounds of detatched villa with use of communal swimming pool, situated at Ciudad Quesada, overlooking the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club. Spacious one room accommodation, comprising of Lounge/Bedroom en suite, furnished to a very high standard offering a choice of BedandBreakfast or on a weekly rate, the price for BandB is 47 euro per night for 2 persons (Breakfast optional from 6 euro each). There is a typical market in Rojales every week, also Guardamar beach is just 4 miles away. There are many Bars and Restaurants just 5 minutes walk.
