The accommodation comprises:- large communal pool, air conditioning throughout, full sky television (inc. sky sports, premiership plus and movies), DVD player, CD player, X-Box with games and a safe. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. The apartment is in a full gated community with remote electric gate openers.

The apartment has a large veranda overlooking the pool, and there is a large spacious shared roof terrace for those who wish to top up their tan! The apartment comes with the USE OF 2 MOUNTAIN BIKES!!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Villamartin is an upmarket area, perfectly situated to explore the costal areas of Torrevieja, La Manga or go inland to the botanical gardens of Elche. The area benefits from many beautiful sandy beaches with shallow warm waters.

La Zenia Beach is the closest with a shuttle bus service running from Villamartin. A more secluded beach is Cabo Roig, there is a great bar on the beach and nice restaurant on the marina.

Villamartin can boast 3 main golf courses and superb local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks.


Villamartin / Las Violetas area

Villamartin is an upmarket area, and is in an excellent location being very close to 3 main golf courses, and is close to many superb sandy beaches. The Villamartin area also has very good local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks etc.

The famous Villamartin Plaza contains over 20 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian, Chinese, and French cuisine to name but a few. Most serve food both indoors and outside in the delightful courtyard. There are also pleanty of bars within the vicinity. The plaza is a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment.


How to get there

Fly in to either Alicante or Murcia airport, motorway links are then very good to the apartment. Alicante airport is around 40 minutes, with Murcia about 20 or so. We are able to arrange your collection from either airport. Hire cars a cheap, widely available and recommended.

Nearest international airport: Murcia (San Javier) 20km Alicante at 55km

ryanair, easyjet, bmi-baby, fly thompson, jet2 and monarch all do very cheap flights, from most UK airports

We have taken pride in furnishing our apartment to a very high standard. Full air conditioning throughout the apartment, and sky TV. includes the use of 2 mountain Bikes!!

our key holder has stated that It is the best furnished apartment she has on her books!!

2 very good sofa beds, so could sleep up to 8 but sleeps 6 in comfort!

X Box and games for the kids which is situated in master bedroom so you can still enjoy full sky TV in the lounge.

Large communal swimming pool in a very peaceful area. Pool never gets busy so you can enjoy it even more!

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Cleaning Costs of £40, payable with deposit.

Security Fee of £100, which will be refunded following inspection of property and safe return of the key.

DEPOSIT

The sum of £140 is payable at time of booking, which includes the £40 cleaning costs.

BALANCE OF CHARGES

The outstanding balance, including the £100 security fee, is to be paid at least one calendar month prior to departure
