Great location, overlooking the sea with 3 golf courses in close proximity, two of which are less than 1k away, a 3rd is 2k away. The villa overlooks the pool in a very spacious and quiet development, nestled alongside a 300 year old lemon grove, that winds it's way down through the valley. On the opposite side of the lemon grove are landscaped walkways, which meander up and down through the valley and beyond the canal.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Costa Blanca: famously renowned for it's air quality by the world health organisation, due to the prevailing winds and abundent salt lakes. Over 300 days of sunshine a year and no real humidity. Lovely mountain scenery and sea views, what more could one want? with over 25 golf courses within a 60K area, 3 acceptional ones within 3K
Villamartin / Los Dolses area
Local town of Torrevieja has it all, including a recently built corniche and marina, that provides some lovely walking and shopping. An abundance of restaurants of all cuisines including vegetarian that will keep any gourmet happy. The local spanish fayre is particularly good. There are cinemas, superstores, water parks glorious beaches and even a bowling alley. The night life in Torrevieja is very lively and includes a wide selection of clubs and bars. there is also a nightly market. If that's not enough for the more energetic types, Benidorm is only 1 hour away, and Terra Mitica; a Disney style park, built into the mountains, behind Benidorm. The park has a Roman/Greek theme, complete with roman centurians marching around - fabulous for all ages, the motorway takes you from door to door.

Further details indoors: The villa is exceptionally well equipped as follows; the kitchen contains a designer oven and hob, chimney extraction and all the other usual items which include a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, plus crockery for 8 people. There is a downstairs bathroom, with heating, that serves 2 bedrooms. A 3rd master bedroom upstairs has an en suite shower room and patio doors that lead on to the sun roof. The lounge has solid wood dining suite, the ultimate lounging sofa with big cushions, various tables and fixtures plus a large wide screen TV with Sky satelite ( 30 + channels of sport, science, SOAPS etc ) There is also a mini Hi Fi and DVD player, both with a varied selection of music and films. Appropriately, for a villa of this standard, there are also fans in all rooms and air-conditioning both upstairs and down, plus wall mounted retractable sun blinds over the lounge sun terrace and roof terrace, doth receive the sun all day long and face the sea. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
Further details outdoors: A large kidney shaped pool with an adjacent children's pool, directly in front of the villa.The children can be monitored from the comfort of the sunterrace or garden. To the rear of the development is the canal, which has a pathway running alongside it that is good for running, cycling, walking etc and adjacent to that is the landscaped walkway that meanders down through the valley to the lemon grove.

Our villa benefits from THE! prime location within the Los Dolses development ( faces the pool and the sea )which is extremely peaceful. However plenty of amenities are just 500 mtrs away ( approximately 50+ shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars and a bank) In addition, at the Villamartin Plaza (800mtrs) is a tremendous choice, upwards of 50+ restaurants and bars, plus a great little supermarket, where you can get a local red wine ( take your own bottle of course ) for as little as 1.5 Euro. Just 1.5 k, on route to the beach, is a large Tesco style supermarket ( Consum ) plus various bars, restaurants and trinket shops. We can provide a 25 page brochure on the villa and surrounding area, that includes photographs, maps and loads of useful info, there's even some spanish thrown in that you will find invaluable when out and about. Additionally, car hire can be arranged to meet you at the airport.
