It is equipped with all home comforts including hot and cold air conditioning, UK TV, DVD, CD/radio and a selection of CDs, DVDs and books. The communal pool and gardens are situated just outside and the clubhouse is just a short walk away.

The inland sea of Mar Menor with its fishing villages, marinas and a host of watersports is only a short drive away. The apartment is situated only minutes away from several other top golf courses and many lovely blue flag beaches. Locally you will find plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Local markets are held around the area on every day of the week and are well worth visiting as is the famous craft market in Torrevieja. The warm waters, natural beaches and mud spas of the Mar Menor are around 20 minutes away where water sports fans will find a multitude of activities available.
