The Property is Only a few years old and is in fabulous condition with a homely feel.
The ground floor
You walk in to the open plan, fully furnished lounge/dining area equipped with Air Conditioning, flat screen TV, Freeview with Uk channels. DVD player with a selection of DVDs.We also have a range of books and boardgames.We have a sofa which converts into a comfortable double bed.This leads into the fully fitted Kitchen with Oven, Hob, Fridge Freezer, Microwave etc, there is also a washing machine. Then we have the downstairs bedroom with ceiling fan, single bed and storage facilities. We also have shower room downstairs with a sink and toilet.
1st Floor
Moving up the stairs we have the family bathroom with bath and shower,sink, toilet and bidet. The twin room is next with 2 single beds, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe, with a balcony to rear. The master bedroom has a double bed, Air Conditioning / Heating system, ceiling fan and another built in wardrobe with ample storage space. Then through the double glass doors to the main balcony which in turn takes you onto the Roof Terrace.
Terrace
The Terrace is well equipped with table and chairs for dining, sun loungers, BBQ, and clothes line.
Location
The house is located in the much sought after Playa Flamenca area and is close to a number of blue flag sandy beaches and golf courses. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance, a number of the bars have live entertainment through the summer months.
There is also a Supervalue supermarket that carries many British products and newspapers and magazines. Local horse riding stables are also within easy walking distance.There is a good motorway close by & Alicante is a 40 min. drive; & Murcia about 25 mins., with plenty to see & do in both for those looking for something other than just a beach holiday. The La Manga Club is a 40 mins drive away.

Several large Open Air markets are held throughout the Costa Blanca every day of the week. Our local market is only 5 minutes walking distance and is held on Saturdays all year round.
The bustling harbour town of Torrevieja is 10 mins drive North and easily accessible by Bus, Taxi or Hire Car.
You will spoilt for choice here with Designer Shops like Zara, Jack Jones, Pull&Bear,and C&A, all of which can be found in the exclusive shopping precinct of Habaneras. The international hypermarket chain of Carrefour is adjacent to it. Still close by you can chance your luck at the Casino, or get some exercise at Ten Pin Bowling.
Torrevieja also has its famous night-life, busy Marina and thriving sea front promenade.Here you will find lots of bars, clubs and restaurants and the extremely popular Aquapolis Aqua Park they are all within easy reach and well worth a visit..
Golf
Three championship courses are within a 10 minute drive of the resort, including the fabulous Villamartin, a frequent venue for the Mediterranean Open.
The Campoamor Golf Course is set amongst the palm and pine trees and is a beauty; nearby Las Ramblas is another magnificent course and a real test of golf skills.
Within a 30 minute drive, you can choose from another eight courses, each with its own unique design, including the world famous La Manga and La Finca courses. All are challenging, but are most enjoyable to play.
Tennis
or for those wannabe "Tennis Aces" the hospitality of the "Orihuela Costa Tennis Resort is available.
Beaches
There are many blue flag beaches in the area but La Zenia or Cala Bosque and Cala Cerrada beaches are at the end of Calle San Antonio. Other beaches locally are Playa Flamenca, Cala Capitán and Cabo Roig. Other activities include coastal walks, fishing, golfing, go karting, wind surfing, horse riding and cycling.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There are a number of top quality beaches nearby, all awarded the European Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are a ideal for sun seekers, and also have children's play areas, and sun beds. There are beach bars and restaurants serving drinks and light lunches. There is free parking and showers along the beaches. Most water sports can be found in the area.
This region of Spain is rated by the World Health Organisation, as being one of the healthiest climates in the world. The typical Mederranean semi-arid subtropical climate: namely an average annual temperature of 20ºC, with hot summers (registering absolute maximum temperatures of 40ºC) and mild winters (an average temperature of 14ºC in the winter months of December and January).
TORREVIEJA is just a short drive away where you can enjoy shopping, street markets & stalls, a marina, yacht club plus many cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a Tivoli (fun fair), Aqua Park (open summer times) & go karting for the children. Torrevieja has miles of beautiful beaches on which many water sports can be found, as well as many old churches and museums. Car hire recommended but airport collection can be arranged.
MURCIA , the capital city offers the facilities, equipment and services of a large city. It is the seventh largest Spanish city by population with approximately 440,000 inhabitants in 2009. Murcia's sights include a very tall belfry and its famous Cathedral. Murcia is also a large University town with more than 30,000 students per year. It has more than 2 million km2 of parks and gardens. Murcia has a rich history tied to the Jewish community.
Cartagena, is the region's second largest city and one of the main Spanish naval bases. Sights include its recently restored Roman Theatre (among its numerous other Roman remains), a number of modernist buildings made for its military fortifications Lorca is a large medieval town at the foothills of where its famous castle stands. It is the second largest municipality of Spain by area.
Caravaca de la Cruz, or simply Caravaca, is one of the five official Holy cities for Catholicism since it is claimed to house of part of the Lignum Crucis, the Holy Cross.
The Villamartin / Los Dolses area
There are many restaurants in and around the area offering a wide variety of international cuisine.
Villamartin Plaza offers a lively multicultural mix of bars, restaurants. The Plaza has a lower and upper level and there are more venues immediately opposite the Plaza. In this tropical setting you can have an enjoyable night out in the open air. Sitting in Villamartin Plaza beneath the palm trees you can enjoy taking in the sights, admiring the exotic flowers or watching the native green parrots. You can take a table upstairs for an even better view of Villamartin Plaza.
Most of the bars, restaurants and shops in this impressive centre of attraction are open all year round. Villamartin Plaza also has a hairdressers, bank (with Cash point), health centre and supermarket. You can even buy the current day's International newspapers ! The Bars and Restaurants of Villamartin Plaza cater for a broad set of tastes ensuring that everyone will be able to find something to their liking.
Most restaurants in Villamartin Plaza provide outdoor seating and many provide live entertainment. It is always advisable to reserve a table for your evening meal to avoid disappointment
Review of the Banana Tree 2 Restaurant withinin 1 minute walk
When you arrive at this new restaurant, the first thing that strikes you is the exceptional decor. This purpose-built restaurant is crammed with a range of carved wood, gilt and brass effigies and statues, under a canopy of vines and leaves supported by two artificial trees, a cornucopia of 'fruits' and "birds' adorning - almost a mirror image of their other restaurant in Quesada.
The tables are laid with linen serviettes and napkin rings, together with a full range of appropriate condiments, and the carved upholstered chairs which are sturdy and comfortable. The friendly and efficient staff will greet you and show you to your table.
The menu is extensive, offering both Thai and Chinese cuisine. The Thai food offers more delicate flavours with a choice of mild, medium or strong sauces, whereas the Chinese menu is more standard.
You can combine both Thai and Chinese cuisines when you are dining.

I am the type of person who loves to go on holiday but I always struggle with the discomfort of being away from home. This fabulous townhouse was perfect for me. It is spacious and very importantly clean. It was extremely well equipped and the pool facilities were great. I am not big into nightlife and clubbing if that's what you are looking for I am not sure that this would be the place for you. It is situated in a quiet area but very near to restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. I would suggest the hire of a car to explore some of the sights which are close by but not within walking distance. Murcia centre is beautiful with a stunning cathedral which is a 'must visit'. The little boutiques in Murcia make this shopping trip different to shopping in the uk. However, if you do want to shop, there are Malls close by ( by car). For those who seek sun and relaxation, there is a beach situated close by. I would excersise caution if going into the sea as the current can be pretty strong at times. The beach is well looked after and during high season there are lifeguards on site. The facilities in the townhouse are as they should be, well kept and there is simply everything you would need for your stay ( tv, books, dvd's etc etc). I would highly recommend staying here if you fancy this part of Spain. |

-Payment methods - Cheque or bank draft. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. Damages deposit of £100. This deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.
The client must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, etc.
-We aim to be as flexible as possible & will try to accommodate all requests with regard to changeover dates & times.
-Linen and house towels are provided. (Not beach towels). There is a charge of €50 (for 4 people + €10 for each extra person) payable locally for cleaning after your departure.
