The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Alicante Province is filled with things to do and places to see. There are a number of boat trips you can take from Torrevieja, Santa Pola or Alicante. One which my family and I prefer is to Tobarca island, which is a marine reserve located just off the coast of Alicante. It is fantastic to see all the different types of marine life and enjoy the various restaurants.
Villamartin / Lomas De Campoamor area
The area is filled with activities for all members of the family. The famous Mar Menor is only 20km away where you can enjoy all types of water sports including jetski and small boat lessons.
This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non-golfers alike with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding and general sightseeing all close by. All amenities such as banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within the immediate vicinity.
A short drive will bring you to the beautiful beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and the Water Park in Torrevieja.There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javier - both within 40 minutes drive.
Two other Championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average approximately €50 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hour’s drive which are open all year.
