Or head to one of the many beautiful beaches located nearby that benefit from the warm waters of the Mediterranean.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This area of Spain can boast up to 315 days of sunshine annually and average temperatures of 18-20 degrees centigrade. There's golf courses and great night life plus several "blue Flag" beaches in the area.

Torrevieja is a town worth a visit where you can stroll along the promenade browsing the market stalls and plenty of restaurants, bars, boutiques and a fairground to keep to children entertained. Sporting activities in the area include tennis, horse riding, go karting and bike hire.

There is a charming market on Wednesdays in the town of nearby San Miguel de Salinas or why not explore Murcia City, full of historical architecture.

Wonderful mountainous scenery and exquisite beach coves, in a favorable climate, surely the perfect the holiday destination.

Villamartin / Las Violetas area

Villamartin is an upmarket area, perfectly situated to explore the costal areas of Torrevieja, La Manga or venture inland to the botanical gardens of Elche and benefits from beautiful sandy beaches with shallow warm waters.

La Zenia Beach is the closest with a shuttle bus service running from Villamartin during peak season with sunbeds and parasols for hire. A more secluded beach is Cabo Roig, there is a bar on the beach and nice restaurant on the marina.

Villamartin can boast 3 main golf courses and great local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks.

How to get there

Fly to Murcia airport (San Javier) or Alicante airport . Murcia airport is a 20 minute drive away and Alicante airport is about 40 minutes drive. There are plenty of budget airlines that fly to both airports including Jet2 ,Ryanair ,Excelairways ,Monarch ,Easyjet ,Flybe, Bmibaby ,Mytravellite, and others. Car rental can be booked from either airport by www.carjet.com or holidayautos.co.uk and many others.
We can offer you airport transfers to the apartment if you wish,or there are always plenty of taxis at the airports.

English Satelite TV with Sky Sports including premier plus, and sky movies channels, and also lots of digital radio stations.there is a hi fi unit with cd/mp3 player and also a dvd player.
There is also a patio set with 4 chairs, and a table and parasol,which can be used for extra dining seating,or to sit in the garden areas or up on the large roof sun terrace.
There are also 2 sun loungers in the apartment for use on the sun terrace or round the pool or gardens.
There is a lift to the large roof sun terrace.

Conditions

A Refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required before arrival, to be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection and all keys being handed back to our keyholder).
There is a local charge payable to our keyholder/cleaner of 60 euros to cover the cost of preparation,bedding,towels etc, and cleaning of the apartment,air conditioning is available at 45 euro per week.
Welcome packs can be arranged.

We can also arrange transfers from, and too, both murcia and alicante airports,if needed.
If cots and high chairs etc are needed,these can also be arranged.
