Two bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers it also has its own sun terrace.

Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and fan.

Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with golf, beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by.

There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 3 championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes drive from this property. Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year.

Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

The famous holiday town of Torrevieja is 10 minute drive with blue flag beaches and street markets there are several commercial areas close by. The apartment is centrally located in a safe and secure gated community for your peace of mind when you are on holiday.

The beaches of the Costa Blanca are plentiful and full of life with beach bars and restaurants. Here you will find all kinds of water sports including paragliding, diving, wind surfing, jet skiing, sailing and fishing.

To enjoy the location and surrounding areas we would recommend renting a car although the local bus which runs a circuit to the main N332 coast road every hour is only around a euro and will provide you to access to all the local areas
