The apartment is located at the heart of Villamartin, just a 10 minute walk from the famous Villamartin Plaza. There are three major 18 Golf courses within a 5 minute drive. Firstly the prestigous Villamartin Golf Club which during the 90's staged the Spanish open. This is the most well renowned Golf course in the immediate area. Los Ramblas and Campaomor are also on our doorstep,, both are exciting courses with long flowing fairways which reward the accurate golfer.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Brava enjoys one of the best climates in Spain. Temperatures are usually at least 15 degrees warmer than Great Britain at any time of the year. The region has on average 335 days of sunshine during the year. The Costa Brava is fast becoming the Golfers paridise with over 24 Golf courses within a 45 minute drive from our apartment.
Villamartin area
The famous Villamartin Plaza is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The Plaza offers something for everyone...it has a bustling atmosphere in the evenings which is hard to beat anywhere in Europe. It is full of excellent restaurants offerring exotic food, live bars for everyones taste including Kareoke, Nightclubs which stay open to the early hours of the morning and traditional pubs for the more laid back drinker. The Plaza also opens during the daytime with numerous coffee houses, supermarkets, banks and shops.
The local beaches are some of the best in Europe and all carry the prestigous blue flag and they are just a 5 minute drive away. Torravieja is a 15 minute drive and offers Casinos, Ten Pin Bowling, Waterparks, Karting, Great Shopping and lovely promenade areas.
The property is also blessed with every kind of local amenity within a 5 minute walk, including 3 supermarkets (including a Mercadona which is the Spanish equivalent of Tesco), internet cafes, DIY shops, traditional British pubs as well as Spanish bars, tourism shops, furniture stores. This makes the property especially great for long term renters who literally have every kind of amenity on their doorstep
How to get there
The apartment is located in the heart of Villamartin. It is just a 15 minute drive from Mercia airport and a 40 minute driver from Alicante. Both these airports are well services by the low cost airlines (Easyjet, BMI Baby, Ryanair and Monarch). Airport pickups can be easily arranged.
Car Hire is also very cheap. www.carjet.com Car hire is available from £60 a week.
The property is 2 minutes from the La Zenia turnoff of the N7 (the main motorway through these parts) and this road is easily accessible from both Mercia and Alicante airports. (proper direction will be sent on booking)
