The villa is located on Pinada Golf 1 on the renowned Villamartin Resort, It is a five minute drive to three Championship Golf Courses, and a ten minute walk to Villamartin Plaza where you will find a host of bars and restaurants offering international cuisine. La Zenia beach is a five minute drive by car, Cabo Roig and Campoamar beaches are a further five minutes away. Torrevieja Town is fifteen minutes by car, here you will find a good selection of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and by night the unusual Hippie Market for all your keepsakes. Further down the coast is the world famous La Manga Resort, where you can visit and soak up the atmosphere or perhaps play a round of golf if you require.

Location: Villamartin is close to the sea, just 10mins south of Torrevieja. The seaside Resorts of Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia & Campoamour & there are Shops, Sports Bars & Restaurants all along the main seaside strip literally just 6mins away. Regular local markets & typical Spanish bazaars are held, like at Torrevieja, the nearest main town, which also boasts a fabulous new Marina & 5Km Paseo Maritimo - Torrevieja is a typical working Spanish town. The Villa at PINADA GOLF, is located between the famous 'Golden Triangle' of 3x International Championship Golf Resorts at Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Motorway access (only 1 Km away) to both the AP-7 Motorway (La Zenia turnoff) from Alicante (45 minutes) & Murcia Airport (San Javier - 15 mins) The famous Villamartin Plaza is 3 mins away with Shops, Restaurants for 'Al Fresco' Dining experience, Sports Bars, Banks & other tourist entertainments. Area has local comprehensively stocked Supermarkets & variety of Shops.
Villamartin / Pinada Golf area
Local information Supermarkets - There is a small supermarket at Villamartin Plaza which stocks all the essentials. Mercadona is a larger supermarket and is a two minute drive away from the villa, you will find everything you need there. Markets - There are many fabulous markets including, Playa Flemenca (Saturdays), San Pedro (Mondays), Torrevieja and Guadamar (Wednesdays). Water parks - Children will enjoy the two water parks located in the area, Aquapolis at Torrevieja is the most popular and is situated of the N-332 road. There is also a smaller water park at Quesada which is of the Crevilente road approximately twenty minutes from Villamartin.
How to get there
Alicante Airport
Leave airport and bear left to join the A7 at junction 72 aim for Cartagena. At junction 77 exit a7 and join the a-37 Still heading for Cartagena please note you are joining the Toll road and will need euro currency at checkpoint. Head down a-37 and exit toll road at junction 763 (La Zenia) Once leaving checkpoint turn left at roundabout and proceed straight Ahead to Villamartin. Follow road straight ahead for approx 2 kilometers until you pass Villamartin Golf Club and shortly after Villamartin Plaza to your left. Bear Left at the junction and keep to the left as the road forks. You will now notice the golf course to either side of you. Proceed through the roundabout until you meet a junction where You will turn left. Proceed up the road and take your first left Past San José property sales office you are now entering Pinada Golf. Head down the road until you see Pinada Golf 2 swimming pool to your left Bear right at this forked junction and take your first left down the Inner road. Casa Shajon is situated on the right midway down.

La Zenia Beach
Leave Casa Shajon and make your way back to the toll road instead of joining the Toll road head straight through the roundabout and follow the road down After half a kilometer you will join the N-332 roundabout head straight across This and follow the road for another half a kilometer you will see La Zenia Beach ahead of you.
Torrevieja Town / Promenade.
Leave Casa Shajon and make your way back to the toll road instead of joining the Toll road head straight through the roundabout and follow the road down After half a kilometer turn left at the N-332 roundabout follow the road through Numerous roundabouts and eventually you will pass Punta prima take the next exit off The N-332 and follow the road straight on you will pass through a number of traffic Lights you will see the beach to your right follow the road and you will be guided To either the harbour car park or the sub-terrain car park on the harbour front. You are in easy walking distance of all the towns’ shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Further details indoors: On the ground floor there is a lounge / dining area that is beautifully furnished. In the lounge area there is a colour television offering a full Sky package including all the usual English channels. There is also a CD player for your entertainment. The kitchen area has a large fridge / freezer, halogen hob, washing machine, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, ironing equipment, and a full inventory of utensils etc. further to the ground floor there is also a cloakroom with toilet. a marble staircase leads you to the second storey where there are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and twin beds, the master bedroom having a large balcony, there is a large bathroom with toilet, bath, shower, and vanity units. Throughout the house there are ceiling fans and tiled floors for ease. on the third storey is a large solarium and has sunbeds for your use. there are panoramic views leading down to the Mediterranean

Pinadagolf Rentals Terms and Conditions
Reservations are for a minimum of one week (unless by prior arrangement) and commence at 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival and ending at 10:30 hrs on the day of departure.
1. Where the reservation is made more than six weeks prior to arrival, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental is due to confirm the reservation within seven days of the provisional booking.
2. The balance of the reservation, including the security deposit against damage and breakages, is required not less than six weeks prior to arrival.
3. If, after full payment the client wishes to cancel the booking, every effort will be made to re-let the property. If re-letting is achieved then the full refund will be made. However, if re-letting is not possible then a reduced figure will be calculated at one sixth for each week of notice.
4. The client must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owners cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, delay etc. However, in the event of cancellation by the owners then all monies will be refunded.
5. The owners reserve the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to property caused by clients.
6. All information offered by the owner’s forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to of accepted these.
