There are various beach ' toys', buckets & spades, beach mats, etc. at the house which you are welcome to use.
Cleaning fee is €50.00 per stay and paid locally. Our key holder will meet you on arrival and is happy to provide any help or information you will require.

A deposit of £100 is required on booking.
The full cost of the rental period should be paid 4 weeks before you travel.
A £200 security deposit will be charged and returned after the property is checked over for damages, losses etc.
The property should be vacated by 11.00AM on the day of departure to allow for cleaning etc.
The electricity and water are included, there are no coin meters at the property.
A welcome pack can be ordered for your arrival at a cost of 10 - 30 Euros, depending on your requirements.
Longer winter lets are available with prices subject to negotiation with the owner.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
My local agents who will hand over the keys will meet you at the property, familiarise you with everything and answer any questions about the area you may have. There are some wonderful street markets in the area, more details in the visitors book. There is also a craft market and fair on the seafront at Torrevieja every evening.
The Villamartin / Verdemar area
Three excellent golf courses within 5 minutes. Fantastic Villamartin Plaza 10 minutes walk with dozens of great bars and resturants.
La Fuente bar and resturants within 5 mins. walk to the rear of house.

We would recommend Ryanair, EasyJet to Murcia (25 minutes from house) or Alicante (45 minutes from house)
Collections and drop-offs are available each way for €25.00 and €50.00 respectfully but we would recommend hiring a car from Goldcar at either airports to fully enjoy your holiday
