A modern 3 bed house, 6 single beds. Ideally located for golf courses (Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor to name but a few), selection of beaches (some with water sports & beach bars/restaurants). There is a water park and other activities away from the beaches within a 30 minute drive.
The development is quiet so perfect for if you wish to spend a day by the pool, in the jacuzzi, or just sunbathing in the garden. You can see the main pool from the terrace, the house is near the top of a cul de sac, so safe for children to play out, as only traffic to the complex.

The house has air conditioning, which also provides heating. There are two twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed on the ground floor and the third twin bedroom is upstairs.
No need to buy things to use at the beach as the house has a wide selection of things to use (airbeds, footballs, boules, bats etc), you will just need to provide your beach towels and hire your sunbeds.

A non refundable deposit of £100, is required on booking, the balance is payable by bank transfer 6 weeks prior to travel.
A £100 security deposit will be charged and returned after the property is checked for any damage or breakages.
A cleaning and laundry fee of 50 euros to be left when you vacate the house.

The Costa Blanca has a wide range of attractions for families or couples. There are lots of beautiful towns and villages to visit. Along the coast you have a wide selection of blue flag beaches.
Places of interest; La Manga del Mar Menor, the most southern point of the Costa Blanca, Cartegena a navel port , Alicante with a beautiful marina, historical buildings, vast selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Torrevieja, a seaside resort with plenty of entertainment; waterpark, shopping malls/markets, fairground, beach, restaurants and bars if you p[refer a livelier nightlife.
Going inland there is Guadalest (near Benidorm) tucked away up in the hills, beautiful views and walks, also Murcia a very historical place to visit with excellent architecture and character, churches and plazzas.
The Villamartin / Brias y Golf III area
There are brochures in the house for a variety of attractions, the tourism office is in the Orihuela Costa Town Hall (5 mins drive away near La Zenia beach on the N332) .
Local attractions include; restaurants and bars within walking distance, El Barranco or Los Dolces ( 5 mins), the open air Villamartin Square ( 15mins).
For more lively entertainment the strip at Cabo Roig has plenty to offer.

Go Karting on the coast road (N332, 5/10 mins drive)
There is a street market every Saturday at the end of the road ( 5 mins walk).

Villamartin is 40 minutes drive south from Alicante airport and 25 minutes north from Murcia airport. Both airports have flights from most UK airports via various airlines.

My family and I, ranging in age from 10 - 78 rented this property for 11 days in August 2012. FANTASTIC!!! Really nice accommodation on a very safe, gated community, Safe pools for all ages, not too deep but deep enough. VERY friendly residents who made you feel welcome. Quiet enough to please the older ones but close enough to bars, restaurants etc for those that wanted them. Short drive to plenty of beaches. All in all well worth a visit and one that may family and I hope to be able to do again.
