Superb Blue Flag Beaches less than 5min drive. Easy access to motorways for Benidorm Theme parks. Large designer shopping centre Habeneras in Torrevieja less than 15min.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

A great year-round holiday destination, Alicante Province offers any visitor sun, sea and....mountains! Soak up the sun in the popular beach resorts of Alicante town, Torrevieja and Benidorm by day, and party the night away! Denia is a beautiful mix of beach and mountain, and has some delicious seafood. Kids will love Terra Mitica theme park, plentiful waterparks and the impressive Elche Palm Grove.

Villamartin / Los Dolses area

There are plenty of activities in the area from Tennis to Water skiing, Cycling, horse riding, Go-Carting, Water park. Wind surfing along the coast within 15mins drive.

There are numerous Blue flag beaches - some have activities for children in the summer months. There is a children's fair in Torrevieja every evening. You will find a local market nearly every day as each area has it's own and are in close proximity. Shoe factories can be found in Elche - this is a 30 minute drive away and is a great day out, it has the largest tropical palm tree natural nature reserve and is spectacular, good shopping here as well. Los Dolses ia great for cycling along the canals, there bars, restaurants to suit every taste,

Golf Information:
There are 6 championship courses in the area all within 5-20 minutes from the villa, The best courses are situated in Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, and Campoamoar only a few minutes drive away. We can arrange booking for you if required.

How to get there

A great destination for cheap flights. Just a few of the budget airlines that serve the region are EasyJet, Jet2 Monarch, RyanAir. Nearest Airport is Murcia - or Alicante.

The motorway is approx 1 mile away which takes you either to Alicante or Murcia Airports.

A representative can be arranged to pick you up at the airport. If making your own way you will be met by our representitive.

Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, ironing board/Iron, electric oven, hob, washing machine, all cutlery. Marble flooring throughout.

Air conditioned throughout (not the portable units like some other properties offer which is essential in the summer months). Air conditioning also provides heating in winter month.

The property is equipped with a TV Satellite, DVD Player/recorder and some DVDs

Further details outdoors:
Outside tthe Villa here is a veranda with table and chairs overlooking one of the best pools in Los Dolses, so you can relax and sunbathe whilst keeping an eye on the children! We have a small garden ideal for Bar b que's .The villa is in a secure gated area and is fully alarmed by very reliable CRAC alarm company. Parking is also in this gated secure area.

Further details

Permanent Wheelchair users may have difficulty as there are a few steps up to the villa from the garden. With help, elderly and others with walking difficulties, could manage.

Smokers are welcome but please OUTSIDE the property only. Area is safe for young children as it is a gated community.

*Weekend Booking available at pro rata rate.
*Charge of 80 euros for cleaning and preparation of the Villa includes a representative to meet you .
*Grocery package on request at addition charge.
*All bookings require a non refundable deposit of £100.00 payable immediately and final payment 8 weeks before arrival.
*Deposit will be deducted from total booking fee.
Damages deposit may be required. This is payable with the deposit and is refunded after inspection of the villa and returned to you either on departure (after a check of the partment0 or up to 1 week after.

*High Chair Available FOC on request. There is a cot in the Villa if required. On Request.

*A £100 non-refundable deposit is required immediately This is refunded off the total amount which is payable 8 weeks before departure. We may ask for 150 euros breakages deposit. this will be refunded on departure.

*There is also an 80 euro fee for cleaning and for a representative to greet you at the property on your arrival and departure, this is payable to our representative upon your arrival.
