Three Bedroom villa in Pinada Golf 1 is situated in a peaceful residential area near the exclusive Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf Courses just outside Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca. With communal swimming pool, car parking garden and sun lounging areas. Suitable for families, couples and golfers.

In the main area of the Air- Conditioned Villa you will find spacious lounge area which is equipped with a 3 and 2 seater settees, Spanish dresser, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi,radio, cassette/CD player, dining area with table and 6 chairs. Quality furniture is used throughout.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 6 persons.

Bedrooms: Ground Floor - Bedroom with double beds bedside cabinet fitted wardrobe and fan.
First Floor - Master bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe and private large sun terrace.
Air- Conditioned Second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe.

Bathrooms: Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. 2nd bathroom downstairs with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

There are EEC blue flag beaches, within 10 minute drive, the southern one situated in a protective cove with a small marina and overlooked by a renowned sea food restaurant. The beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments.

There are seven internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach ideal for golfing breaks. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Club de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, and Real Club de Golf Campoamor. Are all within easy reach (5-min drive). La Manga is 30 minutes away.

Ideally located south of Torrevieja and close to Murcia and Alicante Airports.

The Villamartin / Pinada Golf area

There is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hours drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante 45 minutes drive and Murcia 20 minutes drive.

This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
