About the home

This is a great property,furnished to a very high standard with everything you should need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.Imagine getting up at your leisure and taking breakfast on the large solarium or taking an early morning dip in the communal pool. You could even take a short drive to one of the three beautiful golf courses all situated within 5 minutes drive of the apartment, or go and relax on one of the many blue flag beaches near by.

In the apartment the lounge area has comfortable leather seating for four with a flat screen TV with 70 Satillite channels and 23 Radio Channels, DVD, and CD player,there is a large selection of titles provided for both.The lounge is also fully air conditioned providing heat during the cooler periods if required!

The master bedroom has a Spanish blend of cherry wood bedside units a dressing table with large ornate mirror; this is all complemented with fresh white linen. A very large built-in wardrobe means you will have no problems with storage. The room is also fully air conditioned. This theme is carried through to the second bedroom which has two single beds, full length mirror, large wardrobe and a three speed ceiling fan.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, wash basin an illuminated mirror with electric shaver point adjacent, there is also a stand alone unit to store all your toiletries.

The fitted kitchen has all you would need including a, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and a full array of utensils. There is also a dining room table and chairs suitable for four people.

The large solarium is a great place to relax with four cushion covered sun lounges. If you fancy eating el fresco from the built in barbecue, then the six seat table shaded by a large parasol will keep you cool. If you get to hot then there is a cold water shower to cool you off, before you start another session in the sun!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Situated about 15km west of Torrevieja the Villamartin region is in one of the healthiest places in the world to live. Having the protection of the Crevilliente Mountains the area is known to have its own microclimate with average temperatures of 18c and more than 300 days of sunshine.
The area is abundant with golf courses and boast over 7 blue flag beaches at the last count, from Cabo Roig you can enjoy a nice sea front walk towards La Zenia, stop off on the way and have refreshments whilst over looking the marina.

The Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area

A golfer’s paradise, with three wonderful golf courses only 5 minutes drive from the apartment. A 15 minute car ride away is La Finca golf course at Algorfa which is definitely worth a visit. At the nearby Campoamor golf course you can sit outside and have refreshments whilst admiring the wonderful views or use one of the top class tennis courts and then cool down in the large outdoor swimming pool.

Ten minutes walk away is the famous Villamartin Plaza which has numerous bars and restaurants. A small supermarket and chemist are among other shops found in the square.

There are also many street markets in various local locations including one in Torrrvieja every Friday.
Local activities available include Horse Riding, Cycling, Go- Karting, Sailing and snorkeling. The largest Mediterranean water park Terra Mitica is only a short drive away.
