There is also a balcony set with 1 double and 2 chairs, with table.There are also 2 sun loungers and parasol in the apartment for use on the sun terrace or round the pool or gardens, along with inflatables and childrens toys.
There is a lift to the large roof sun terrace.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
This area of Spain can boast up to 315 days of sunshine annually and average temperatures of 18-20 degrees centigrade. The Costa Blanca has many Blue Flag beaches along the Mediterranean coast. There' are plenty of outdoor sporting activities for all ages, as well as modern cities and traditional spanish villages.
Torrevieja is a town worth a visit where you can stroll along the promenade browsing the market stalls and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, good night life, a fairground, water park, and ten pin bowling.
There is a charming market on Wednesdays in the town of nearby San Miguel de Salinas or why not explore, the city of Alicante with its modern harbour, or Murcia and Elche both cities full of historical architecture.
Wonderful mountainous scenery and exquisite beach coves, in a favorable climate, surely the perfect holiday destination.
The Villamartin / Las Violetas area

• Many attractive local towns both north and south on the Costa , as well as inland. For coastal towns , try Guardamar, Santa Pola, Torrevieja, Los Alcazares, Santiago de la Ribera to name but a few. Inland you will find the historical towns of Elche, San Miguel and Murcia.

Closest airport Murica San Javier 20 minutes, Alicante 40 minutes. From San Javier take the AP7 north until the main La Zenia beach roundabout. When you pass through toll booth turn left at roundabout and go straight ahead taking signs for urbanizacion villamartin. Go past the golf course and plaza which are on your left, turn right at the roundabout after the plaza. Go straight over the roundabout left at the next roundabout follow the road round to the right, then take the first left, go straight ahead and turn left at the end of the road, follow the road round to the left. Las violetas are on your right with parking spaces. Ryanair fly to Murcia as do Jet2. More frequent flights to Alicante including BMIbaby and Easy Jet, 40 minutes south along N332 or take toll road AP7 which comes out just after the La Zenia beach roundabout (toll 6euros) Cars can be hired from both Murcia and Alicante airports.

my daughter and i needed a mini break. booked this apartment. beautiful setting. nice location, all amenities at hand. lovely shops. nice walks. peaceful. the apartment was home from home. secluded, pleasant, tranquil. would recommend this to anybody, very enjoyable and relaxing. |

The pool area is fantastic , but this apartment is not. We arrived with three children one eight ,two and a prem baby with chronic lung disease. The boiler flue was blocked with a birds nest which ment that all speliage was coming into the apartment which could turn into carbon monoxide which everyone ones could kill. We turned the boiler off and called the owner , he wasn't interested at all , we was without hot water for a full week, which as you can appreciate was a nightmare.The key holder was no help at all. After the first week we had a so called gas engineer out to amend the situation , he covered the flue outside with wire mesh which restricted the products of combustion flowing freely , which is extremely dangerous .I am only writing this to warn every family to check the flue in this apartment because if you don't you could be in danger . We was lucky because I am a gas engineer and I look ou for this all the time . |

We found the Las Violetas apartment to be spacious, clean and well equipped. Having two bathrooms was a bonus as we were travelling with two teenagers. The pool at the complex was clean and well tended. The apartment provided poolside furniture for guests. The apartment provided inclusive air conditioning. The large screen Plasma T.V. meant I missed very little of the Olympics. Las Violetas is a ten minute stroll from the bars and resataurants of Villa Martin. I will be going back to this apartment. |
