This ideal apartment offers the best of both worlds, being quiet and secluded in a beautifully planted, picturesque urbanisation, but also within a few minutes walk of a range of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The apartment offers two bedrooms which sleeps four comfortably. One room has a double bed with on suite shower room and the other has two single beds. Both rooms have air-conditioning, which also offers heat in the less warmer periods of the year. The main bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, bidet, etc.
The American style kitchen comes with, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine and all other facilities you would expect in a well equipped kitchen. Leading off this is an open plan lounge / dinning room, which offers leather sofas seating five people, TV showing all UK / free view channels, PS3 games machine with 2 controllers, DVD player, CD player, dinning table and chairs, with seating for four.
Patio doors from the lounge lead to the covered veranda, there is a table and four chairs, for those who really enjoy el fresco dinning. In the fully enclosed garden we have a paved patio sunning area, whilst the strategically placed palm tree offers some well needed shade in the hottest part of the day. There is a brick built BBQ and external storage, housing a range of inflatable toys and beach equipment for your use.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment however the veranda offers a covered area for smoking and of course there is the garden.

Within the urbanisation a lovely planted walkway leads up to a park, offering swings, slide, see-saw and seating area.
Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and full payment is required 6 weeks prior to rental, with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 due 14 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection.
Airport collections can be arranged, price available on request.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


Part of the Alicante province, Torrevieja provides an excellent holiday spot for families, couples and golfers alike. Being on the Costa Blanca it benefits from beautiful year round sunshine, and excellent blue flag beaches.
According to The World Health Authority, this areas has been described as one of the healthiest in the world. It boast a climate of over 330 days sunshine a year.
The beaches are a short drive away and well worth a visit. In total there are seven Blue Flag beaches in the area offering clean white fine sand.
The Costa Blanca is also famous for having some of the best golf courses in Spain,
When site seeing you should not miss the charm of city ports such as Cartagena, or the peaceful tranquillity of quiet little Spanish villages, San Pedro, San Migel, the botanical gardens of Elche are a must, and not forgetting Orithuela, heavily influenced by Moorish architect and sorrounded by mountains. Finally Benidorm, where you will find the Terra Mitica theme park, offers a viberant and alternative option and is only just an hours drive away,
The Villamartin / Los Dolses area
Villamartin is an up market resort and approximately 10 km south of Torrevieja. The Los Dolses Plaza and Villamartin Plaza contains many restaurants most of which are open all year round. They vary from Italian, English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Mexican, American, Chinese, Indian and French to name but a few. Meals are served both indoors and outside in summer months in the delightful courtyard. There are also a number of bars and cafes in the vicinity.
Villamartin's open-air plaza, is 15 minutes walk away or just a few minutes in the car, If you would like something even closer, then you will find that the Los Dolses Plaza is just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.
In Torrevieja, there is an excellent water park called Aquapolis which is suitable for all ages as there is a toddler pool, park, wave pool and the wild rides for the more adventurous. For those that love shopping you have the Habaneras shopping centre, that has the most wonderful clothes shops, Zara, C&A, Dress Urban to name just a few, it also offers many sports wear outlets such as, Inter Sports, Forum Sports and an assortment of other stores and restaurants. In addition to this Torrevieja offers a night craft market and funfare.
You will not find better beaches anywhere in Europe: Playa La Zenia (with a shuttle bus service running from Villamartin during peak season), Playa Cabo Roig, Campoamor are the best and closest beaches to the apartment. They are wide and sandy with water sports being very popular especially at La Zenia, Playa Campo and Playa Els Ortigles (between Torrevieja and Guardamar) have beautiful long stretches of unspoilt coastline just north of Torrevieja. Behind the sandy beach are sand dunes. Lunch can be eaten at the tapas bar on the beach.
There are 3 excellent golf courses very near. The nearest being Villamartin, a companionship golf. The stunning course at Las Ramblas is the most challenging, demanding accuracy and thought. Campoamor is set in two valleys with magnificent views. Every one of these courses will provide some very enjoyable golf.
The Saturday market in Playa Flamenca is just 10 mins away. Here you will find fresh vegetables and fruit grow by local farmers. You will also find a host of other products including clothes, shoes, art, books, trinkets, leather goods etc. All at prices well below shop prices.

Wonderful, comfortable and fully equipped villa, situated in quiet residential area, v. relaxing but also close to local amenities, shops, restaurants, bars etc. Great to relax on balcony/patio with a drink or two in the evening watching the world go by! Nightlife is not far away, lots of bars and restaurants close by, so you'll be spoilt for choice. The pool is great, just a short walking distance away from the villa. The villa itself is lovely, spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you need to make for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! Please note that there is an additional cost of 38€ to cover cleaning and 10€ per person for linen and towels, which is payable on departure to our key holders on site.
In high season (June—end August) normal departures are Saturday, but depending on availability we will always try to accommodate you. Departure and access times to the apartment are normally 11am and 4pm respectively, but we can be flexible if we know in advance - but this must be agreed so we can arrange cleaning etc.
For long term let; please contact us with rental details, as special discounts are negotiable for long- term rentals.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but you can smoke on the veranda or in the garden.
Baby equipment can be hired locally for an additional cost.
