While peaceful, it is just below the hustle and bustle of Villamartin Plaza for all of your entertainment needs featuring restaurants and bars for all. For other pleasure you are only a 5 minutes drive to the famous "Blue Flag" beaches of the Costa´s. For the golfer´s, what better place to be than in the heart of 3 well known courses such as Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villagolf. In fact wake up in the morning and to coffee you can watch and judge the early golfer´s as they pass the 2nd hole of Villagolf. What better holiday retreat could one ask for!


The property comes fully equipped for a self catering holiday, however the lively Plaza offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops and an energetic night-life.

Torrevieja and blue flag beaches are only a 5 minutes drive away.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is one of the healthiest places to live in Southern Europe with 320 days of sunshine a year and a year round average temperature of 20 degrees. There are miles and mile of blue flag beaches within a short drive.

Murcia city and Alicante are both within 40 minutes drive away and offer a multitude of museums, shops, cafes and restaurants. Just a bit further up the coast is the cosmopolitan resort of Benidorm with its theme parks and great night-life.

Orihuela is just a 20mins drive inland through the orange and lemon groves; and is a historical town unspoilt by tourism with churches ( visit the Semana Santa museum) and museums a plenty you can even ring the bell at the local convent and purchase pastries and jams from the local nuns. Beware here that siesta is observed and everything shuts down for the afternoon.

Closer still is Torrevieja a bustling seaside town ideal for paseo in the evening. Don't forget to visit the salt flats, a traditional local industry and watch as the lakes change their colour to pink in the sunlight. Here there is a large range of bird life to observe from specially built hides in the park areas around the lakes. You are even able to see flamingos.

Campo de Golf Las Ramblas www.golframblas.com and Real Club de Golf Campoamar are both within a 10 minute drive away.

All the local beaches are blue flag, the closet being La Zenia under 10 minutes in the car or a bit further away there are miles of sandy beaches at Guadamar.

Loads of water sports at Mar Menor a 20 drive away you can also experience the healing salt waters and mud baths.

How to get there

Fly direct to Murcia 20 minutes away or Alicante 40 minutes away, both journeys are direct and easy. Both airports are served by the low cost airlines and Alicante has a large selection of scheduled and charter flights including BMI from Heathrow.
