The property is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

One Bedroom property situated in a peaceful residential area of St James Hill Jardin de Alba is near the exclusive Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin Golf Courses just outside Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca. With communal swimming pool, car parking garden and sun lounging areas. Suitable for families, couples and golfers

There are EEC blue flag beaches, within 10 minute drive, the beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments.

There are seven internationally acclaimed golf courses within easy reach ideal for golfing breaks. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Club de Golf Villamartin, Las Ramblas de Orihuela, and Real Club de Golf Campoamor. Are all within easy reach (5-min drive). La Manga is 30 minutes away.

In the main area of this 1 bedroom Air Conditioned apartment you will find a dining area with table and 6 chairs, lounge area which is equipped with 3 seater sofa bed, coffee table, CD/Stereo system, TV, DVD player. Patio doors which lead out to the sun terrace with table and chairs and views of the large communal pool and stairs which lead up to the large roof terrace with sun loungers and B.B.Q.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, clothes dryer and Ironing board. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Air Conditioned bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps.

Commercial Centre less then 2-minute walk from this property there are Restaurant's, Shops and Bars also within 5 minute drive, you will find more restaurants and bars for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

There is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hours drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

The Villamartin / Jardin de Alba area

The Villamartin plaza, with its prominent palm trees and feature mosaics is a picturesque square with a wonderful collection of cafes, bars, restaurants and bowling alley to suit all tastes, and is also home to a family of parakeets. Large Supermarket approx 5 minutes away. A popular local market is held on Saturdays - within 10 minute drive of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

To secure your holiday a deposit of 20% of the holiday price is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and the £150 returnable security bond and the one off £40 linen/final cleaning fee for 2 persons and £50 for more then 2 staying to add must be paid.

Wi-Fi is available at 15 euro a week, payable at the property.

The hot and cold air conditioning in this property is metered, on a pay as you use bases. (under normal use £15 to £20 a week should cover the cost)

The property will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.

We can also supply cot and Highchair hire at 20 euro a week each.

Arrival at the property is from 1600 hrs and departure from 10.00hrs.

Air conditioning has been added to the rental price, if not required the price is £25 a week less.

There is a one off £40 linen/final clean fee for 2 persons and £50 for more then 2.
