The villa is located in a private gated community in Los Dolses area of Villamartin. The villa is a two twin bedroom, two bathroom property with a lounge/dining area and an American style fully-furnished kitchen which includes a dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, a microwave oven and a full oven and hob. The villa has full air-conditioning, central heating, television and satellite. There is a stairway from the front terrace to the roof solarium/terrace area. From the garden you can walk straight into your own 20m free form pool. There is even a smaller pool for young children. All this can be viewed from either terrace.

Villamartin / Los Dolses area
Villamartin Plaza offers a lively multicultural mix of bars , restaurants. In this tropical setting you can have an enjoyable night out in the open air. Sitting in Villamartin Plaza beneath the palm trees you can enjoy taking in the sights, admiring the exotic flowers or watching the native green parrots. You can take a table upstairs for an even better view of Villamartin Plaza. Most of the bars , restaurants and shops in this impressive centre of attraction are open all year round.
Villamartin Plaza also has a number of fashion and golf shops, hairdressers, bank (with Cash point), pharmacy, health centre and supermarket. You can even buy the current day's International newspapers ! The bars and restaurants of Villamartin Plaza cater for a broad set of tastes ensuring that everyone will be able to find something to their liking. Most restaurants in the Villamartin Plaza provide outdoor seating and many provide live entertainment. It is always advisable to reserve a table for your evening meal to avoid disappointment.
Los Dolses Plaza is a few minutes walk from the villa. This new plaza has a bank, German, Indian, Chinese, Greek and Spanish restaurants, hairdressers, supermarket, bars and more to come.
Costa Blanca is the ideal place for your next golf holiday. Have a look at the golf courses on this area and you will see why. Villamartin is less than a mile from our villa and Campoamor and Las Ramblas are only a few minutes drive away. La Finca is the newest club in the area only completed late 2000. The famous La Manga club is about 40 minutes drive from the villa but has three courses and is well worth a visit.
The Torrevieja area has 7 EU blue flag beaches. These vary from the very active beaches with a full range of water sports, activities & services to secluded rocky and sandy coves. All of the major beaches have first aid posts and most have refreshment areas. Also worth a visit are the beaches at Guardamar.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Murcia and hire a car from Sol-Mar or Amigo-Autos Take the N332 from Alicante toward Cartagena or the A37 from Murcia airport to the La Zenia exit. Full directions will be given with booking.
