3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom villa.</b> There's a garden area with parking, and a 1st floor terrace that can be accessed from 2 bedrooms.

The rooftop solarium is ideal for private sunbathing and has views of Villamartin golf course & beyond. South facing villa with sun from morning until evening.

Air-conditioning in all rooms & Satellite TV (incl. Sky Sport/Movies/BBC etc.). Communal pool. Ideal for families &/or golfers.

Villamartin plaza is less than a 5 min. walk - with its numerous restaurants, bars, shops, banks and chemist. Villamartin Golf Course (2 mins. by car) & numerous other championship golf courses are close by. The beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only a short distance away.

Modern & fully equipped kitchen. Fridge-freezer, oven, hob & extractor, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board.

Lounge & Dining area. Table & chairs (seating for 4). Living room has a 3+2 seater sofa, satellite TV with all the British stations including Sky Sports/Movies, BBC,etc. DVD player.

All rooms in the house have air-conditioning ( & you'll need it on those hot summer nights).

High chair & cot are also available.

Reclining loungers can be used on rooftop solarium, in the garden or by the pool, which is located just to the back of the property.

The garden has a terraced area where you can sit out & a bbq.

There are many restaurants in and around the area offering a wide variety of international cuisine. The Plaza at Villamartin has a mix of bars, shops, restaurants and nightclubs. Most of the bars and restaurants are open all the year round. There is also a small supermarket that carries many British products and newspapers and magazines.
Local horse riding stables are also within easy walking distance.

Car hire recommended but airport collection can be arranged.

Payment methods - cheque or bank draft.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A damage deposit of £100, payable by cheque is also required for all bookings. This deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.

The client must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, etc.

Conditions

Linen and house towels are included. Beach towels not provided. There is a charge of €55 euro (for 4 people + €10 for each extra person) payable locally, for cleaning after your departure.

We aim to be as flexible as possible & will try to accommodate all requests with regard to changeover dates & times. However , where necessary we may have to adhere to an 11am checkout time if there are other guests arriving the same day.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This region of Spain is rated by the World Health Organisation, as being one of the healthiest climates in the world. Its climate is dry & equable throughout the year with over 300 days of sunshine.There is a good motorway close by which enables the towns of Alicante and Cartagena easy to explore, for those looking for something other than just a beach holiday. For the more cultured one can visit the local historical towns of Murcia, Elche & Orihuela with their many churches and museums.

The Villamartin / Panorama Golf area

It's an ideal base for golfers &/or families.

For those who enjoy a round of Golf the famous championship golf course at Villamartin is less than 2 mins. away by car. It also features tennis facilities, and the Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant is also open to non-golfers. Close by is the beautiful course of Campoamar, with its magnificent views. Its 18 holes run through two connected valleys surrounded by low, undulating ridges which protect it from the wind. Las Ramblas (10 min drive), with its incredible water hazards is the shortest of the three but features high tees, narrow fairways and ravines. La Finca is a spectacular brand new golf course and is slightly more inland (about 20 mins. by car) The world famous La Manga course is only 40 minute drive south along the coast

There are a number of top quality beaches nearby, all awarded the European Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are a ideal for sun seekers, and also have children's play areas, and sun beds. There are beach bars and restaurants serving drinks and light lunches. There is free parking and showers along the beaches. Most water sports can be found in the area.

Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you can enjoy shopping, street markets & stalls, a marina, yacht club plus many cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a Tivoli (fun fair), Aqua Park (open summer times) & go karting for the children. Torrevieja has miles of beautiful beaches on which many water sports can be found.

“A fantastic house, location and weather!” A brilliant house with communal pool, close to local amenities. A car is advised for further adventures. We spent a very chilling week with our 2 children and a wonderful time was had by all. \air con was a real must. Would highly recommend !!

“Great choice for familes and couples. A great find.” This is a lovely villa which has all the amenities needed in a holiday home, including air conditioning which was a godsend in the bedrooms. It gets the sun all day and there is a porch, balcony and solarium, so great choice of where to catch the rays.Lovely swinming pool, very safe for children. Keyholders just a phonecall away if needed, and were very informative regarding restaurants and local areas. Great choice of supermarkets if required, although the standard of food in the local and beyond restaurants were of very high standard. There is a local bus although it's not terribly reliable. Car hire is reasonable, and driving a pleasure. ( This was my first time driving abroad ). If driving is not your thing, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the villa. This villa is a great choice and we hope to visit again.

Just a quick email to thank you for the rent of your Villa. We had an excellent holiday. I will definitely recommend your home to my friends and colleagues.

The Villa was everything we expected. Well equipped with essential air con!! The temperature each day was sweltering. We were collected and returned to the airport without any hiccups.
The supermarket was not that expensive and the selection of restaurants at the Plaza was excellent. The Chinese Restaurant outside of the Plaza behind the taxi rank was terrific value and thoroughly recommended.
Finally, thank you for allowing us to use your Villa.

The few days away were brilliant - all 6 girls really happy with the villa it was spotlessly clean and we trust we left it to your satisfaction. We would definitely book it again if we decide to go there next year. It was a great service having the keyholder collect and drop us back to the airport and really appreciated this as they were so punctual - have absolutely no complaints at all about the villa just good comments.

Many thanks for your kind assistance with all my queries about the booking and look forward to staying in your villa again some time.
