All rooms in the house have air-conditioning ( & you'll need it on those hot summer nights).

Reclining loungers can be used on rooftop solarium, in the garden or by the pool, which is located just to the back of the property.
The garden has a terraced area where you can sit out & a bbq.
There are many restaurants in and around the area offering a wide variety of international cuisine. The Plaza at Villamartin has a mix of bars, shops, restaurants and nightclubs. Most of the bars and restaurants are open all the year round. There is also a small supermarket that carries many British products and newspapers and magazines.
Local horse riding stables are also within easy walking distance.
Car hire recommended but airport collection can be arranged.
Payment methods - cheque or bank draft.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.
A damage deposit of £100, payable by cheque is also required for all bookings.
This deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages.
The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.
The client must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, etc.
The Valenciana region
This region of Spain is rated by the World Health Organisation, as being one of the healthiest climates in the world. Its climate is dry & equable throughout the year with over 300 days of sunshine.There is a good motorway close by which enables the towns of Alicante and Cartagena easy to explore, for those looking for something other than just a beach holiday. For the more cultured one can visit the local historical towns of Murcia, Elche & Orihuela with their many churches and museums.
It's an ideal base for golfers &/or families, with golf courses, beaches, & the largest shopping mall on the Costa Blanca south all within a 5 to 10 minute drive.
For those who enjoy a round of Golf the famous championship golf course at Villamartin is less than 2 mins. away by car. It also features tennis facilities, and the Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant is also open to non-golfers. Close by is the beautiful course of Campomar, with its magnificent views. Its 18 holes run through two connected valleys surrounded by low, undulating ridges which protect it from the wind. Las Ramblas (10 min drive), with its incredible water hazards is the shortest of the three but features high tees, narrow fairways and ravines. La Finca golf course and is slightly more inland (about 20 mins. by car,) whilst the world famous La Manga course is only 40 minute drive south along the coast
The newly opened La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre, the largest mall on the Costa Blanca South, at over 161,000 sq. metres, is located less than a 10 minute drive away.
It has over 150 retail shops, including Zara, Primark, Guess, H&M, Jack & Jones, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Adidas, Alcampo, Bershka, Oysho plus many many more
Other facilities include a car care centre, petrol station, online shopping service and a botanical garden which is located in the Plaza Mayor.
The shopping mall also provides ample parking facilities including around 5,000 spaces over two floors.
There is also a food court as well as a casino, a gym and a bowling alley.
There are a number of top quality beaches nearby, all awarded the European Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are a ideal for sun seekers, and also have children's play areas, and sun beds. There are beach bars and restaurants serving drinks and light lunches. There is free parking and showers along the beaches. Most water sports can be found in the area.
Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you can enjoy shopping, street markets & stalls, a marina, yacht club plus many cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a Tivoli (fun fair), Aqua Park (open summer times) & go karting for the children. Torrevieja has miles of beautiful beaches on which many water sports can be found.

"dont be fooled"
we felt the picture gave the impression the villa over looked the pool this is not the case it over looks a busy dual carridgeway, under facilities it shows 4 bathrooms broken down as 2 family bathrooms and 2 shower rooms their is only 1 of each both of these were in need of a good clean bed linen in need of replacing, we had a number of problems while their contacted local agent re: bed linen it took them 8 days to replace with similar, we had problem with the shutter in the lounge the only source of natural light in a very dismal room we left a week later and this had still not been repaired.A car is needed if you do not want to be restricted to the local bar and plaza which is mainly restaurants and bars and small supermarket , we drove down to the villa over 3 days and arrived to be very very disappointed as well a location villa needs a lot of tlc
We are sorry that these customers had a negative experience while staying in our property in November. We have endeavored to address all points raised within our control with the said customer & our key holder alike as we do value our customers & their feedback.
Our pictures show a picture of the communal pool but nowhere does it state that we overlook it, pool facing properties charge extra & as we face onto the road our rates accordingly reflect same. The road does have two lanes to enable lane change as there is a roundabout approx 50 meters in one direction & 150 meters in the other direction but it certainly would not be considered a dual carriage way as we would know it in the UK or Ireland.
We state in our advertisement that car hire is recommended but you can get by with public transport & The plaza really is only a short walk away.
Our property has a main bathroom with bath/shower WC & handbasin on 1st floor & a shower WC & handbasin on ground floor which we think is adequate for a three bed property.

"Excellent value, location & service, second to none, highly recommended!"
This is my 5th visit to the area, but my first time in this villa after two other smaller villas.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower), this is excellent value for money.
Location is spot on with the Villamartin Plaza a 10 minute walk away with a large selection of bars and restaurants catering for all ages and group types. Always quieter this time of year, but surprisingly busier than past years.
Morgans Bar 2 minutes up the road even closer and had everything did us proud for dinner, breakfast, live sports and great selection of local and UK beers.
As avid golfers, we always use The Golf Factory in nearby Cabo Roig who will give excellent discounts on green fees and advise where to avoid.
Location was ideal for the golf with us getting in four games,all at different courses but never more than a half hour drive away.
Well look after during the booking by Brian, and then had local agents available at the end of the phone is required who also do the meet and greet.
Will be back again next year and highly recommend others.

"Great choice for familes and couples. A great find."
This is a lovely villa which has all the amenities needed in a holiday home, including air conditioning which was a godsend in the bedrooms. It gets the sun all day and there is a porch, balcony and solarium, so great choice of where to catch the rays.Lovely swinming pool, very safe for children. Keyholders just a phonecall away if needed, and were very informative regarding restaurants and local areas. Great choice of supermarkets if required, although the standard of food in the local and beyond restaurants were of very high standard. There is a local bus although it's not terribly reliable. Car hire is reasonable, and driving a pleasure. ( This was my first time driving abroad ).
If driving is not your thing, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the villa.
This villa is a great choice and we hope to visit again.

"A fantastic house, location and weather!"
A brilliant house with communal pool, close to local amenities. A car is advised for further adventures. We spent a very chilling week with our 2 children and a wonderful time was had by all. \air con was a real must. Would highly recommend !!
