The accommodation is over 2 floors and ideal for up to 6 people with one double bedroom and en suite shower room on the first floor, and two twin bedrooms with a separate bathroom on the ground floor. The main living area comprises of a lounge/dining area and a fully fitted kitchen, including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The house is air-conditioned throughout and has satellite tv. There are private gardens to the front and rear of the property, plus a large sun patio on the first floor. Casa Rioja is on a community development with shared gardens, pool and off-street parking.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The beautiful Costa Blanca boasts a climate of 330 days of sunshine per year. There are many blue flag beaches and is an ideal destination for families and a golfers paradise. Villamartin is situated about 15 km from Torrevieja which is an old fishing town and due to significant recent growth has become a first class tourist location. Salt lakes and flamingoes can be seen in the area.
Many blue flag beaches, parks, gardens, natural beauty spots, historical monuments and buildings can be visited locally. There are many lively markets. Good clubs and bars for evening entertainment. Here you will find the new modern Habeneras shopping mall with first class shops. There are many excellent golf courses in the immediate area and a bit further away about a 40 minute drive away is the famous La Manga. Not far also are the still clear waters of the Mar Menor ideal for a relaxing drink at one of the local bars.
Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
The centre of Villamartin is approximately 1/2 mile away with a range of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. There is an enormous choice of restaurants and bars to choose from in the area. The town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive and the cosmopolitan city of Alicante a 40 minute drive away. For all the family quite close by are 2 water parks and a karting centre. An hours drive away is a fantastic theme park called Terra Mitica. There are numerous local markets. Local Blue Flag beaches are 10 minutes by car, with The Mar Menor and its beaches within a 20 minute drive. At the beaches you will find a variety of water sports.
The area has some excellent golf course including Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca.
