Home description

A lovely spacious terraced villa in a nice complex with communal swimming pool and paddling pool. It benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. An excellent location for family holidays, golfing holidays or simply short relaxing breaks as it is within short flying time from the UK and close to Murcia and Alicante Airports.
The villa is built on three floors. There is a large front terrace with table and chairs. The tiled front terrace leads into a large L-shaped lounge/dining area with separate kitchen .The fully furnished lounge and dining area has three and two sofas, coffee table and extendable dining table. Both areas are equipped to comfortably seat six people but large enough to accommodate up to eight if necessary. There is Sky television with 34 channels including Sky movies, Sky sports, all UK main channels and a selection of entertainment, news and documentary channels. The kitchen is separate with lovely wooden units, ceramic worktops, and ceramic hob with cooker , microwave, and refrigerator with ice box, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board.
There is downstairs toilet shower room and a large storage area under the staircase. The beautiful marble staircase leads to the first floor which has three good size bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The largest room has a double bed and opens into a lovely balcony. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, W.C., bidet, and wash basin with illuminated mirror. On the third floor there is a large sun-terrace which is equipped with sunbathing chairs, table, chairs and an umbrella.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca enjoys one of Europe's mildest climates. The costal region has the finest beaches in Spain. With excellent road links, it is easy to explore many other resorts as well as inland rural and historical areas. Costa Blanca is an ideal place for quiet relaxation in the sun, playing golf, water sports and many more. Here are some of many places that can be visited while at EntreGolf:

The nearest beach is La Zenia which is a blue flag beach. There are several other beaches to enjoy along the cost within walking distance or a short drive away.

The Park of Nations, known as the Dragon Park, is a popular family attraction.

The Palmaral of Elche. This is a town surrounded by thousands of date palms; they are watered by a 10th century irrigation system from the River Vinalopo.

Alicante is about three quarters hours drive away. This is a prosperous bustling city in a coastal position with many historical buildings and churches and museums. It also has a very large shopping centre.

Torevieja is about ten minutes away. This town consists of two enormous salt lakes which are known to be effective against asthmas, rheumatism, dermatological, heart disease and skin disorders. This is also a thriving bird reserve and many pink flamingoes breed every year.Also in Torevieja there are an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and discos. There is also a fun fair and Aqua Park. The market next to the sea front is open daily all year round.
Benidorm is also only an hour’s drive away with the Safari Park, and Dolphinarium. Other towns and villages for rural , historical or seafront fun are within short drive away.
The Ozone Leisure Complex is about a 15 minute drive away here there is a bowling alley, amusement arcade, trampolines and bouncy castles. Burger King and MacDonalds are also here along with a Carrefour Hypermarket. Recently opened is a large Shopping Mall with lots of designer shops.

Information for Golfers:
Close by is the Villamartin Championship Golf course, which has abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for all players of all abilities. If that was not enough to tempt golfers, within 5 minutes drive there are two more! Las Ramblas has stunning high trees, natural fairways and ravines which feature strongly in this course. Campoamor golf, situtaed in two magnificent valleys is also nearby. For the hard to please Golfer 30 minutes drive south is La Manga, the world famous golf resort with three 18-hole courses to choose from. La Finca golf club is also only about half an hour’s drive away.




Torrevieja area / Entre Golf area

Villamartin is a residential area 2 kms inland from the Costa Blanca coastline. It is renowned for its championship golf course making it a popular all year round resorts for the holiday maker. In the main square you will find a wide selection of bars and restaurants open all year round. In addition there is a bank, supermarket and souvenir shops. EntreGolf is a new development a few minutes drive away. It is built with a view on the salt lake and a new golf course being developed nearby .With new connection roads it allows an easy travel to nearby shops and restaurants at the Via Park III. The N332 road is nearby allowing easy access to a wide selection of sandy beaches, shopping complexes and other towns and cities at the costal region and inland historic places such as Murcia and Granada .

-Fly to Murcia or Alicante . EntreGolf is just 20 minutes from Murcia airport, 45 minutes from Alicante airport.
-Cheap flights available from Ryanair.com, jet2.com, bmibaby.com, flymonarch.com.
-Car hire available from www.victoriacars.com, rentagain.com, www.coysrent-a-car.com.
-Taxis easily available. Airport transport costs 30-45 euros. Transfer can be arranged.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required so secure a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. If booking falls within less than 6 weeks of arrival, then full payment will be required. An additional refundable deposit of £100 is charged to cover any loss, damage, breakages or additional cleaning that may be required.
CANCELLATION POLICY Up to 6 weeks of arrival date - no charge 4 - 6 weeks before arrival - 50% of total payment refunded 2 - 4 weeks before arrival - 25% of total payment refunded Less than 2 weeks before arrival- NO REFUND. The Client must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations etc. However, in the event of cancellation by the owner then all monies will be refunded. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the clients. All information offered by the owner forms part of the booking conditions.
