Downstairs consists of a fully fitted American kitchen/utility room, lounge/dining area, 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. Upstairs there is a door leading to the solarium and another double bedroom with en suite, which also has a private access to the solarium. There is a front terrace with small garden and off road parking.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The beautiful Costa Blanca region has a 500 kilometre coastline and Villamartin is situated at the Southern end. It boasts a climate of over 300 days of sunshine a year.
This region of Spain is rated by the World Health Organisation as being the healthiest climate on the planet. There are many blue flag beaches and it is an ideal destination for families and golfers alike.
The town of Torrevieja is famous for its marina and saltworks; flamingos can also be seen in the area.
Villamartin / Los Dolses area
Los Dolses Plaza is only a five minute walk with a large supermarket, shops, bars and a variety of restaurants.
Villamartin Plaza is a little further, where you will find a larger selection of bars and restaurants, situated in a central courtyard with palm trees and wild parrots. This is a very attractive area to dine out on a warm summers evening.
There are several blue flag beaches in the area, the nearest being La Zenia, which is a five minute drive and offers pedalo and jet ski hire. Easter to October there are a couple of bars on the beach serving drinks and snacks and a few restaurants. At Guadamor there is a pine forest leading to a sand dune beach, which is an ideal spot for picnics.
There are three local golf courses, Villamartin, Campoamor and Los Ramblas. Villamartin Golf is only a few minutes drive. The La Manga resort and the championship course at La Finca are a thirty minute drive away and lessons can be booked for children at the Campoamor with a professional.

Fly to Alicante or Murcia. Alicante is a 45 minutes drive from airport and Murcia is a 25 minutes drive. Car Hire/Taxis available at Airport.
