An ideal destination for a family holiday, golfing trip or relaxing break. Our comfortable and homely apartment with communal pool is located at Villamartin on the beautiful Cost Blanca. Furnished to a high standard late 2005 it comprises of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). There is a light and airy lounge/dining area that leads out on to the terrace and garden. The apartment has air conditioning/heating and is fitted with an alarm and security grills for additional peace of mind.Only a short stroll away is the famous Villamartin Plaza where on two levels amongst palm trees you will find quality restaurants (international cuisine) pubs, cafes and shops. For golf lovers is the famous Villamartin golf complex and a further 3 golf courses are near by.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The beautiful Costa Blanca boasts a climate of 330 days of sunshine per year. There are many blue flag beaches and is an ideal destination for families and a golfers paradise. Villamartin is situated about 15 km from Torrevieja just a 10 minute drive away. It is an old fishing town and Marina and due to significant recent growth has become a first class tourist location. Salt lakes and flamingoes can be seen in the area. Many blue flag beaches, parks, gardens, natural beauty spots, historical monuments and buildings can be visited locally. There are many lively markets. Good clubs and bars for evening entertainment. Here you will find the new modern Habeneras shopping mall with first class shops. There are many excellent golf courses in the immediate area and a bit further away about a 40 minute drive away is the famous La Manga. Not far also are the still clear waters of the Mar Menor ideal for a relaxing drink at one of the local bars.
Villamartin / Villamartin Golf area
For all the family quite close by are 2 water parks and a karting centre. At the beaches you will find a variety of water sports. An hours drive away is a fantastic theme park called Terra Mitica. There are numerous local markets. There is an enormous choice of restaurants and bars to choose from in the area. Alicante a cosmopolitan city is just a 40 minute drive away. The area has some excellent golf course including Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Finca and Campomoar.
How to get there
The apartment is just 15 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 40 minutes from Alicante airport. Arrange a hire car or alternatively we can arrange a transfer from either airport by our management team. Full details on directions will be sent in our information leaflet on booking.

Further details indoors: The spacious living/dining area of the apartment are newly furnished with a double sofa bed and matching pair of arm chairs, dining table with 6 chairs , coffee and side tables with lamps. Satellite TV offering 30 plus English channels including Sky sport and movies and DVD player and portable CD/RADIO. There is very effective hot and cold aircon. The apartment has matching Mexican wooden furniture and beautiful marble flooring throughout. There is a fully equipped open plan modern shaker style kitchen with everything you would need. It leads on to a utility area where you will find the washing machine, airer and ironing board etc. The master bedroom with double bed has fitted wardrobes and leads onto a beautifully fitted shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Opposite is the family bathroom with over shower and bidet.There are extra heaters and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The living area leads out onto the terrace which has patio furniture and loungers for extra comfort and over looks our garden planted out with shrubs and a palm tree and beyond to communal garden areas. The inviting pool is just a few metres behind the property. There is an alarm and security grills for added peace of mind and a smoke detector and fire extinguisher. There is ample parking to the side of the property and also in the parking area the other side of the communal gardens. Cot and high chair available on request. Linen and towels are provided but would ask that you please bring your own beach towels.
Further details outdoors: Our very helpful and friendly management will meet you and hand over keys and show you into the apartment. They will show you how things work and generally help to make your stay enjoyable. They actually live quite close by and can be contacted at any time. If you do not wish to arrange for car hire then we would be happy to arrange for a transfer from either airport by our management.

We are sorry but smoking is not permitted in the apartment and sorry no pets. We are happy to arrange for a welcome pack. Ask at time of booking for further info.
Conditions
Arrival and departure days are flexible. We would ask that you vacate the property by 10.30 am and access on arrival will be after 3.00pm but this is flexible. We would only ask that you do that if we have guests arriving or leaving on the same day as you. A £50 deposit is requred to secure your booking and final payment due 6 weeks prior to departure. We would also ask for a £100 refundable security deposit. ( covers damage, breakages, loss of key or excessive cleaning) This will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection by our agent. The owners accept no liability for injury or the loss of any valuables and guests are advised to take out travel insurance.
