This luxury apartment is ideal for avid golfers and for sun-seekers. It has easy access for those with mobility problems. The beautiful and safe sandy blue-flag beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig are only a short drive away. It is a 10 minute stroll to the Villamartin Plaza with it's large variety restaurants, cafes and shops. At the Plaza you can sit outside under the palm trees and enjoy a drink or a meal.
The 2 bedrooms in the apartment both have matching twin beds, fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. There are three beds in the second bedroom. The third bed is a very comfortable adult fold up bed with slats and a mattress. When only two people are occupying the second bedroom the third bed is removed.The living and dining rooms of this spacious apartment are furnished with a comfortable 3 seater sofa bed with two matching armchairs and a two seater sofa. The dining room table has 4 chairs plus a further 6 folding chairs.All rooms have air conditioning/heating plus ceiling fans.
The spacious terrace overlooks the garden and faces south. We have provided a table and chairs and parasol for alfresco dining.
Sun loungers, beach mats and an ice box are provided for your comfort.
Access to the large roof terrace for barbeques and all day sunbathing with views of the sea is by lift.
The apartment, the pool and the car park are in a gated community which can only be accessed by key.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, oven, combi-microwave, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, juicer and a full set of saucepans and dishes.
Bathroom One is en-suite to Bedroom One. It is fully tiled, with a toilet, washbasin, vanity unit , mirror and a large walk-in shower. The family bathroom has a bidet, toilet, washbasin, vanity unit, mirror and full sized bath with an overhead shower.
The living room is equipped with satellite television and radio with over 30 television stations and 15 radio stations. These include all the sport and UK television stations. For your comfort and your picnics we have also provided sun loungers a cool box and ice packs , a beach parasol and stand and beach mats.
There are ceiling fans in every room (along with air conditioning & heating), books and a local guide in the living room and an iron and ironing board in the kitchen.

The spacious south facing balcony overlooks the landscaped garden and has a patio table and chairs allowing you to eat or relax outside whilst enjoying the sun. The enormous resident's roof top solarium, is accessed by the stairs or lift. There are beautiful views of the sea, countryside beyond and the communal swimming pool. The large communal pool, children's pool and sunbathing area are set in landscaped gardens are a few yards from the apartment.Secure parking, accessed by a key, is provided at the side of the building. The apartment is in a gated community.
A non-refundable deposit of £80/80E per week is required on booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the date of the holiday with a returnable key and damage deposit of £150/150Euros, £200 for under 25's. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the holiday date, full payment ,including the key and damage deposit, will be required. The key and damage deposit cheque will be refunded in full 2 weeks after your departure subject to all keys having been returned to our key holder, no damage having been done and no excess cleaning required.
On your arrival there is a local charge payable in cash to our keyholder of 60 EUROS PER BOOKING for FOUR GUESTS, 67 Euros for FIVE GUESTS and 73 EUROS for 6 GUESTS to cover the cost of laundry, preparation and cleaning of the apartment. BEACH TOWELS are NOT provided. Please bring your own. Thank you. A travel cot suitable for a child up to the age of 6 months is provided free of charge.
We are also able to arrange transfers to and from both airports, the hire of cots and baby equipment, welcome packs and mid-week cleans. Do not hesitate to ask for details.
AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING in every room, a HIGH CHAIR and a TRAVEL COT (for babies up to the age of 6 months) are all provided for your use FREE of CHARGE.
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
If you want guaranteed sunshine, miles of glorious sandy beaches, excellent food and an abundant choice of entertainment then the Costa Blanca is the place to come. The Costa Blanca is said to be the healthiest place to live. There are over 340 days of sunshine per year with a uniquely dry microclimate.This area is ideal for golfers and sun seekers. Villamartin is well placed for visiting the region and for days out.There are beaches, water sports, water parks, Safari Parks, Theme Parks, go karts, horse riding and Sea World all within an hours drive. Alicante to the north for sightseeing, shopping and beaches, Elche to the north-west for sight seeing, the old town of Murcia to the west and Cartagena to the south. For a great day out, with plenty to see on the way, go to the mountains of Guadalest. (see photos). Torrevieja itself was an old fishing village, there is a harbour to visit, some lovely beaches, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. For those who like 'the High Life', Benidorm is about a 2 hour drive away. The well known beaches of La Manga ,Mar Menor and Cabo Roig are a short drive from the apartment. There are also several daily markets in the surrounding areas.
The town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away from Villamartin and is renowned for it's long sandy beaches, beautiful esplanade and marina. There is a great variety of cafes , bars, restaurants and shops in Torrevieja.
There is a small daily bric-a-brac market and an excellent weekly market here. The area surrounding Torrevieja
is well known for it's two salt lakes, with their health improving mud baths, conservation area with flamingos.
The world championship Villamartin Golf Complex is a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. The three other well known golf couses of Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca are nearby.
