Villa Poolview has a great location and is furnished to a excellent standard. It has UK TV ideal for small children and a wonderful garden with a 10m private swimming pool. The villa has been adapted for wheelchairs. It is a large property and we consider it to be a home from home.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The area has welcomed visitors now for many years of which many have decided to make the area their home. From Guadamar 15 km south of Alicante with its superb beaches and night market .The town is very Spanish in feel and the side streets hide some excellent value restaurants catering for every budget.

Its Castle ruins and watchtower are also worth a visit. The next major stop on the coast is the cosmopolitan and Spanish holiday resort of Torrevieja the small fishing village, which in the last 25-30 years has grown to a large vibrant town, it is now visited and lived in by people from all 4 corners of Europe.

Torrevieja (name means old tower) was an old village with history from the 16th-century, at that time there were a number of guard towers along the coast to keep track of the enemy approaching from north Africa and other distant lands.

Here also there are many things to see and do such as the excellent beaches of La Mata and Los Locos (The Mad) in the north of the town to Mar Azul (Blue Sea) in the south.

There is a harbour to stroll around and an ex Spanish navy submarine to visit. Market day is on Friday and takes over most of the town. Due to the many different nationalities, living together you can find almost any kind of restaurant that takes your fancy.

To the south of Torrevieja is the area of Playa Flamenca. With some of the best blue flag beaches in the region. This mixed with a large choice of modern restaurants and bars makes this a popular choice for both holiday lettings and long term rentals.

The beaches of La Zenia and Cala Capitan are maintained every day and are safe for bathers of all ages.

Villamartin / Pinada Golf area

Villamartin is situated in the Costa Blanca south, 20 minutes drive south to Murcia airport and 40 minutes drive north to Alicante airport. Most relate Villamartin as a golf only area but over the years it has become a bustling all year round holiday destination and residential area. Golf however is still very popular, with its own championship course and neighbouring courses, it is still a golfers paradise!

Villamartin Plaza has over 40 restaurants varying from Italian, English, German, Spanish, Mexican, Austrian, Chinese, and French cuisine to name but a few, and these serve food both indoors and outside in the summer months in the delightful square. For those not wishing to eat, there are also plenty of Pubs, bars and night clubs.

Built over 20 years ago, Villamartin is without doubt one of the finest areas of the Costa Blanca offering a wide variety of activities. Villamartin Golf Club hosted the Mediterranean Open in 1994. The course is set in wonderful natural parkland, with olive trees and a colourful lining of the fairways.

How to get there

You can fly into either Murcia (MJV) 20 mins or Alicante (ALC) 40 mins. Use www.skyscanner.net all of the low cost airlines fly into both airports from most UK airports and some other European airports. We will email you driving directions once a booking has been made. Alternatively we do operate airport transfers.

On the ground floor Villa Poolview features a lounge, with UK TV, fully fitted kitchen and a twin bedroom. There is a terrace off the main lounge. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, one with a sun terrace and a family bathroom. There is a roof terrace that has great sea views.

There is a very large private garden with huge swimming pool and a driveway. The garage is currently being used as a 2 lounge/ games room. The garden has 6 high quality sun loungers and also various tables and chairs for dining.

We are a fully legal Estate and Letting agent based in Villamartin, Alicante. We are the largest Letting agent on the Costa Blanca South with over 400 properties available for Long and Short Term Lettings.

All of our properties have health and safety checks on a regular basis and unless specified are child friendly. However should you have a problem whilst in resort we do have a full maintenance team and support staff at hand 24 hours per day

We also have three 8 seat mini buses with drivers at your disposal if you are not hiring a car whilst here. A local return journey cost just €40, this price is for the coach not per person.

We can pick you up from either Alicante or Murcia Airport; this service is offered 24 hours per day at very reasonable prices.

Conditions

Prices are per week, not per person

1.Booking made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment using bank transfer into our UK account, however should you need to move funds about a small non refundable deposit is available to secure your booking. Booking out of 8 weeks require a non refundable deposit of 25%.

2. We require a refundable breakage deposit of £200 paid with the balance, this will be refunded into your UK bank account as soon as we have checked the property.

3. A cleaning fee is payable of €80, plus a €10pp laundry fee.

4. We allow arrivals any day of the week, entry time into the villa is flexible depending on when the previous guest have left. Late checkouts are available subject to availability, please contact.

5. Booking are taken on a first come first serve basis.

9. Golf, boat trips and local sightseeing can be arranged.

10. We do allow smokers, but please use only outside areas for this.
