About the home

This villa is very spacious, comfortable and relaxing with fantastic views of the mountains and salt lakes. You enter into the villa via the private front garden with lockable gates, steps lead to the covered porch area with table and chairs. Upon entering the front door you enter the large lounge/dining area with separate kitchen. The lounge/dining area has an extendable dining table and chairs, sideboard, a large sofa which seats 5, another 3 seater sofa (one being a sofa bed) and a coffee table. The property has a tv and a dvd player.

There is an air conditioning unit which also converts to a heater in the lounge.

The kitchen is large and separate with modern kitchen units and granite work surfaces. There is an oven and hob with extractor fan,combination microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a back door leading to a private back patio area with washing line. A washing airer, iron, ironing board are also availble in the property.
Downstairs there is a separate shower room with toilet and a storage cupboard under the stairs. The beautiful staircase is made of granite tiles and black wrought iron which takes you up to the other floors.

The next level has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed,ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinets and benefits from patio doors leading to a private balcony with mountain and lake views. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds both have ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

The bathroom is tiled and has a toilet, bidet, wash basin and a shower over the bath. On the third floor there is a large open roof solarium, with table and chairs and bbq, where stunning views of the salt Lakes and mountains can be seen. This area is ideal for sunbathing.

The villa has an air conditioning unit which doubles as a heater in the winter months. Plus all three bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool.
There is also a digital safe to keep money, passports and valuables in.
There are many extras such as games, books, beach chairs and many more...
There is a cot available at an extra cost of 2 euros a day

Further details outdoors:
The villa benefits from many outside areas such as a walled ground front garden with steps leading to a covered porch area with table and chairs. At the rear of the property and accessed by the kitchen door there is private walled back pation area. On the the second level the master bedroom has patio doors that open onto a private walled balcony with great views of the mountains. Finally, on the third level you have the large solarium with table and chairs, BBQ and room for sunbathing.

The property has shared use of the communal pool. The communal pool is just a minute's walk away and is accessed by a key given to you on arrival. The pool is surrounded by a grass area and has an area of the pool for children.

20% deposit required to secure booking and the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date

Please note there is a security deposit to be paid on arrival to the villa of £100 this is to cover the event of any breakages, damages, loss of keys or excess cleaning during your stay. This is fully refundable on the departure day.

Please note that arrivals to the villa should be bewtween the hours of 08.00hrs and 22.00hrs as the keyholder can only meet guests with keys within these times.

Please note that there is also a 60 euro departure clean fee (for up to 6 guests) Please note that as this villa can accomodated 8 guests additional guests will be charged an additional 10 euros per person which needs to be paid on arrival to the villa for the cleaning of towels, bedding and basic clean of the villa on your departure.

Please note that occasionally the pool may be closed due to cleaning or other reasons that are beyond our control.

Arrival time is normally after 3pm, however is flexible if no change over bookings. Guests should depart by 12noon on departure day, this is flexible if no change over booking.
All guests are required to adhere to the rules of the urbanization including that of the pool and garden area.

Smoking is permitted ONLY OUTSIDE the property and not allowed inside any part of the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your booking then please see below as for the conditions regarding payments being refunded.
Less than 6 weeks to arrival date - only the 20% deposit will be witheld and not refunded. If you have paid in full then this will be refunded minus the 20% deposit.
6-4 weeks prior to arrival date - only 50% of the full payment received will be refunded.
less than 4 weeks to arrival date then total holiday cost will be witheld and no refund will be given.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This part of the Costa Blanca offers a wealth of activities for all ages and interests! The famous Mar Menor is just 20km away and is a water sport paradise. Try jet ski or small boat lessons! If you prefer to remain on dry land, there are many golf courses in the surrounding area to try.

If the region's rich culture and history are more in your line of interest, then there are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west , Murcia to the west and Cartagena to the south - all of which are worth a visit.

The Villamartin area

Torrevieja area boasts many beaches, a water park, marina, shopping mall and a big Friday Market. Approximately a 10 min drive from the villa is San Miguel a small village with great restuarants and a Wednesday market. There are many local sandy beaches all within a 5-10 minute drive. Villamartin plaza boasts many restuarants and bars and is just 5 mins away by car or approximatley a 20 minute walk. The area has many golf courses with Villamartin being the nearest followed by Las ramblas and Campoamor and just a 15 minute drive will take you to the Polaris world golf courses and many others.

The urbanization Entregolf is just 20 mins from San Javier (Murica) airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport.

There are hire car companies based at both airports.

Door to door directions direct to the villa are given upon booking.

“relaxing quiet holiday, semi rural with some amenities close by!” Paul was Amazing, I was let down from my holiday the night before i flew out, so managed to get hold of Paul and Emma who lucky had a free property for us to stay in. We came with no car and although when you first arrive it seems in the middle of nowhere it's 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest town's and there is an excellent taxi service round the corner that is excellent value for money for days out and transport to and from the airport Paul has the number. There is also a bus service that links up to the different town's however we didnt find that out till the last 2 day's of our stay :(... There is an Aldi up the road excellent value for money and the staff are really really nice, they also have another supermarket at the top of the hill, again have a large selection not as friendly as Aldi but both of them have a wide variety of food's, my daughter is a vegetarian and we were able to cater for her needs easily, however if you need to pay by card then you must remember your passport!!! Villa Martin has a bank that had the best exchange rate Ihad whilst in spain it's just by the supermarket before you go through to villa martin complex, they also have a lovely clothes shop upstairs really helpfull and friendly the pub next door goes over to the tobbacconist every other day if you run out . The pool cant have the use of suncreams so I cooked quite badly but it was lovely in the pool area and we all spent alot of time there. There was no T.V. and although we thought that was bad because were soap freak's it was actually very nice to spend some quality time as a family, But Jake Paul's son had a wide selection of Dvd's so they could watch them when it was too hot to go out and they have a wide selection of games and I actually forgot what it was like to have family board games! my children actually had fun with each other and it was nice not to be stuck with them fighting over the channel!! There's a complex up the road which we walked too and back from every night they had a wide range of bar's and restaurants and the kids went and played pool/snooker/dart's everynight the had very friendly staff, and the locals were lovely up there great atmosphere there is internet in the pub and there is an internet cafe in the day very good value for money. They had a roof terrace an bbq, however i did smoke the neighbourhood out one day!!! The holiday is very good value for money and Paul has an amazing sense of humour and he has a lovely family and was nice to have a chilled out holiday as i have a fast paced life would recommend this holiday house to everyone apart from physically disabled as there is stairs to the apartment and there is stairs to the rooms. but other than that it would suit everyone else, a car would be useful however its not a necessary, the walk to villa martin is pleasant and easy its all on the flat. They have a washing machine and line which was fantastic for a large family and i went home with clean clothes which makes a change when i go on holiday i normally have like 10 loads to do when home. Paul lent me some adaptors as I forgot them!! air con and fans in the room were a blessing and a shower room and toilet downstairs and bathroom and toilet upstairs with shower were a blessing for the 6 of us. freezer was small but managable microwave and all the basic's you need to hand! There is a folder with alot of info on however I didnt read cos I hate reading but it is very usefull
