This recently built 3 Bedroom Villa is ideal for couples or families, is only 10 minutes from the Spanish Portuguese border and 20 minutes drive from some of the most outstanding golden sandy beaches in Spain.
The modern facilities of this fine property are spread over two floors. Bars, restaurants and Shops are only five minutes away. This is an ideal property for families of all ages and golfers.

Outside the Villa there is a large Patio and sunbathing area with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. At present there is a 5 metre portable pool and a barbeque to use.
A communal pool is just 5 minutes away
The Villa also has secured parking for cars within the boundary and also off street parking is available.

The Costa de la Luz region

If the real Spain is what you yearn for with minimal tourism this is the place to come to.
Costa de la Luz or sometimes as it is called "Coast of Light" and is renowned for many miles of golden sandy beaches.

Huelva province is one of the more Spanish areas in Andalucia and boasts of many places to explore and discover. The appeal for the area is its total lack of mass tourism and is positioned west of Andalucia with Portugal just over the river and Seville an hours drive to the east.

The Villablanca area

Villablanca (Village of the White Houses) is a quaint and restful traditional Spanish Village in rural settings. It is only a 5 minute walk to all the local amenities, such as shops, Tapas Bars, restaurants, Doctors, Pharmacy, Bank and playgrounds.
A ten minute drive will take you to the extremely attractive Fishing Port and Marina of Ayamonte which offers fine shops, bars, restaurants and attractive Plazas.

A further ten minute drive will take you to Isla Canela and Islantilla where you will experience some of the longest and white sandy beaches throughout Spain.
Nearby, are Watertheme Parks and Go Karting attractions within 30 minutes journey.
Golfers can choose from at least 9 courses, either in Spain or Portugal and can be reached within 30 minutes journey.
