About the home
The property will appeal to most holiday makers, as the area is rich in national parks, medieval towns, wineries etc .We can organise white truffle hunting, wine tasting and cooking classes. The beach in Pineto is about 20 minutes away and offers watersports, whilst walkers, mountain bikers, horseriders and climbers have lots of interesting options in the Gran Sasso and the Abruzzo national parks.
The area is inundated with fantastic restaurants and great wine, it is still relatively undiscovered and as such offers great value for money. Last minute deals are available on request and the Autumn is a great time to holiday in this region.

There is a shower area by the pool, a large patio table with umbrella and 10 chairs + a good selection of loungers.The whole garden is fenced off and the pool is protected from the house by two gates.Table Tennis table

Winter breaks 4 weeks for the price of one week at peak rate.
Conditions
On booking we require a 25% non refundable deposit.
We charge a security deposit of £200- which is refunded 14 days after the stay and assuming that there are breakages etc.

Fantastic scenery, still relatively unknown to tourists. Lots of very interesting medieval towns up in the mountains i.e Penne, Loreto and Atri.The climate is typically good and is stilll warm into late October.
The area is rich in National parks, beaches and mountains. Abruzzo is famed for it's Montepulciano wines and it's organic food.
The Villa Bozza area
Sagri festival is the second week in August, lots of outdoor cooking and music.
San Lorenzo winery is about 7 km away, they sell wine by the demijohn at great prices.
The village of Villa Bozza has two restaurants, a bar, bakers, post office and petrol station.
The supermarket is about 2 miles away.
Cellino: is a hilltop village with stunning views as is Castiglione and Silvi.
Loreto Aprutino has an olive oil museum.
Castelli: certe of quality pottery
We have guest book at the house with lots of other attractions in it and recommendations from other guests regards restaurants etc.

Unspoiled mountain scenery and access to huge sandy beaches makes this a fabulous holiday destination, not yet widely recognized outside Italy. The local village is a farming community and has two restaurants, both highly affordable despite the weak pound! (€15/head max. including the very acceptable local wine!). The villa is spacious and having been recently refurbished, bathrooms and kitchen are modern and function well. This is a wonderful place to go even outside the main holiday season, as we did in October; the weather was still warm (mid-20's). The villagers welcome tourists, and we were invited to join in the olive harvest which was in full swing even though our Italian is negligible and refreshingly, their English was of similar standard. We will certainly return, possibly in the Spring. |

Great house ,well maintained with everything we needed for a great family holiday. Location was superb , a few excellent restaurants within walking distance and only a 20 min drive to the beach. |

One of the nicest holiday homes we've stayed in.
Really relaxing and enjoyable holiday
Both restaurants in the village are fantastic and exceptional value, IL Gallos homemade pasta is to die for.
The house did not feel like a second home, everything was first rate.
The beach at Pineto was lovely and the views from the house stunning.
The views are fantastic from the house and the pool is magnificent.
We will definitely be back to this villa and this wonderful part of Italy.
