This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep 5 adults. There is also a new Travel Cot that can be used for Infants. The large shared garden has a large adult size pool and a smaller one for children.

This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep 5 adults. The main bedroom has twin beds. The living room sleeps 3 with comfort, with a large sofa bed that will pull out into a double bed or two single beds, and an easy chair that will pull out into at least a single bed. There is also a new Travel Cot in the wardrobe available for use by families with small children. If required it may also be possible to provide an High Chair if requested in advance.
There is a fully fitted kitchen including, a Hob, Oven, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Sandwich Toaster, Coffee Percolator, Liquidiser, Toaster, kettle and many other appliances, and a bathroom containing a bath with shower attachment, a toilet and bidet and a large washbasin with cupboards underneath. There is also an Ironing board, and Iron, and a new Hair Dryer. There is a lot of spare towels and bedding if needed.

There is a small balcony with a table and chairs. The large shared garden has a large adult size pool and a smaller one for children. There are two Beach loungers, a Beach Umbrella, a Windbreak and a Beach Mat available for use. There are some items for children to use like buckets & spades, small surfboards, and a few inflatables.

The climate is one of the healthiest and most pleasant in the world with a likeness to the Californian climate. As well as being the largest Marina in Portugal, Vilamoura also boasts the biggest boatyard, with a full compliment of marine services to match. Many major boat manufacturers have chosen the Marina to locate their official service centres for Southern Europe and this is reflected in the dry docking capacity of 200 boats. Apart from the wealth of available water sports facilities, amongst the various ports and harbours); there are other alternatives, such as tennis courts, famous golf courses, shooting range, bowls, and an exciting nightlife.
Vilamoura offers two great beaches, one on either side of the Marina. Both are on the flat and are therefore very easily accessible. The busier of the two beaches is Marina Beach to the east of the Marina where you can hire sun beds, parasols, and take advantage of the beach bars. From this golden sandy beach you can paddle in the surf all the way to the neighbouring resort of Quarteira, where there is a weekly Gypsy Market every Wednesday morning. You can barter for bargains in leather, shoes, clothes and handicrafts. On the western side of the Marina is Falesia Beach where real enthusiasts can stroll all the way along to the beaches of Albufeira.

Great location! The apartment was clean, tidy and had all the facilities we required. We enjoyed our holiday so much we'll be back in June 2012.

"Superb, perfect location"
Been many times with my young family.
Apartment is in the perfect location, central to everything.
The apartment block is clean and safe, with a private pool. Within a 5 minute walk is the marina, beaches and all the bars and restaurants you could ever need.
Tony, the owner, is considerate and caring , going out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

"Excellent! we returned to Tony's apartment every May for 3 years in a row"
I stayed at this apartment 3 years running every May, with my parents and my young son, the last vacation there was May 2010, and the only reason we did not return this year, was because my daughter was born on 6th May. every year we went the weather was amazing, the pool was perfect for my son, and very safe. the area is fabulous, the marina with hundreds of restaurants is a 4 min walk, the beach which is about a 15 min walk is fab too. there is a derelict building next door, but to be honest it did not affect us in any way. My parents are in there late 60's and loved it too, and my son constantly asks when we will be returning. The apartment is basic, but has been taken good care of, and the prices are very reasonable. Portugal is a fantastic place, and now my favourite holiday destination. We will definately return once my daughter is a bit older.

Good location, very clean and every thing u need for a enjoyable stay.
The swimming pool was very clean and the gardens around the pool we well kept.
A vist to the fish market is a must.

"Very enjoyable stay, lovely appartment"
We had a lovely time while staying in this apartment (1 week). It contains everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The owners have really tried to think of everything.
The area is lovely, with a marina and the beach nearby, even if a little expensive.
However, it is really easy to walk, take a bus or taxi (we rented a car) to the nearby towns which are a little cheaper and where you can also find a great fish market.
There is a little supermarket just down the street which is very handy and not too expensive. The people are friendly.
The pool was very nice, well maintained and spacious.
The security of the building and surroundings was also very good.
We chose to eat in mostly (due to the costs of feeding 4 people in restaurants...) and really enjoyed the homely feel.
I have recommended this apartment to others already and I would quite happily return there with my family.

"Excellent facilities in a beautiful part of the Algarve"
Me and my Family stayed at this apartment in October 2010, The apartment itself is very well equipped (home from home). It is close to the Marina the supermarkets, golf, crazy golf and a lot more. The area of Vilamoura is very beautiful and to rent an apartment similar to this one in this area can be a lot more expensive. Overall we had a great time, excellent facilities and a great price. The apartment block is 80% derelict and only a few apartments are occupied. The view from the balcony was onto a derelict part of the block - like being in a war zone.The pool was full of green sludge… More
I don't know who you are because in the few years we have had this apartment we have only ever received compliments about our apartment and the area that it is in. Our apartment is not part of a derelict block although there is a block next door that is awaiting renovation. If you had such feelings then perhaps you should have raised them directly with myself or my agent who was always available to assist you.
If you were unhappy about any items of the apartment then if you had said we could have tried to do something about it. If you do not bring any concerns to our notice then we can not do a lot about it.
I am sorry if you did not enjoy your holiday but wish you had raised any concerns with us at the time.
