The property is divided in two floors, with generous communal areas in the ground floor and the private bedrooms in the top floor.
On the ground floor, a large lounge and dining area allows for dinner parties up to 10 people sitting at the same table. The ground floor spacious lounge, is perfect for relaxing should you need to get out the sunshine. There is also an open fire for romantic evenings.
A large modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with all appliances, allows for a night in should you decide to take a break from the restaurant scene.
On the top floor, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms comprise of the private areas of the house. The master bedroom with double size bed has access to the balcony. There is also two bedrooms with twin beds, and a third pull out bed if needed. Two separate bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a oversized luxurious shower, service the top floor.

The property benefits from a solarium, balcony and private swimming pool. The pool is ideal for a afternoon dip after 18 holes, or a refreshing swim during the sunny algarve afternoons.
The veranda is superb for outdoor dining, pre and post dinner cocktails, or a quiet afternoon watching the sun set.
There is also a two car garage with automatic gates, and full use of the two bicycles is allowed.

Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on exterior areas
No pets allowed
25% of rental fee due to secure booking. The remaining 75% balance must be deposited six week before the move in date.
£300.00 breakage deposit required six weeks before checking in. Deposit will be returned the following week after departure, provided the house is in good condition.
Not advisable for children who cannot swim.

Guestbook for Vilamoura Villa
This house is fantastic, I was not expecting the villa to be as good as it is.
Excellent construction, roomy and very confortable. It was a surprise to find out how spacious it was on the day we got there!
The villa had all the necessary utensils for the everyday holiday life... including bicycles.. which allowed us to easily get to the center of Vilamoura.
The pool view is something we will not forget.. good nights spent there.
I recommend to all future guests, and if chance permit, we will return..
