Home description
This two bedroom first floor apartment is situated on the south side of the beautiful Old Village, which is set in landscaped gardens and pedestrianised cobbled streets. It has a south facing balcony off the living room and a small one off each of the two bedrooms.
On the second floor is a large roof terrace, with tables and chairs and two sun loungers. It also has a barbecue and a cupboard housing the washing machine with an adjoining sink. The complex has three pools, with the largest having a shallow end.
There is a super-market, children's play area, bars and restaurants in the village. The large Marina is 12-15 minutes walk and contains many shops, restaurants and bars as well as booking offices for all types of water sports, deep sea fishing and jet ski hire.
Adjoining the marina on both sides are large sandy beaches with bars/restaurants.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
There are a number of water parks close by some of which provide transport. There is a zoo marine park, with transport provided.
There are Jeep safaris and coastal cruises. Faro airport is 25km away and taxis are available.The historic towns of Faro and Loule are well worth a visit, as are the mountain ranges of Monchique for a piri-piri chicken lunch.
Vilamoura / Villamoura Old Village area
In Quarteira, which is about 15 mins walk, there is a daily fish and vegetable market. There is a palm lined promenade that runs for about 2km to the east, that has shops, bars and restaurants, that face the beach.
There are weekly markets in Loule and Quarteira. Vilamoura has a good cinema, casino as well as shops, bars, restaurants and banks.
How to get there
The village is about 25km from Faro airport and the easiest way to get there is by taxi 25-30euros approximately.
Some of the airlines are, Easyjet, TAP, Monarch, Jet 2,Thomson, Thomas Cook etc.
We can arrange a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

A safety deposit box in the apartment is available for rent.
Conditions
A 50% deposit with booking is required with the balance 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable deposit is required for the pool card. Sun beds around the pools are charged for when used.
No smoking except on balconies or terrace.
