About the home

A lovely modern four bedroom, air-conditioned town house situated in a small complex of 14 apartments and 6 town houses. The complex has private gardens, a large swimming pool with children's pool. Furnished and fitted to the highest standard, this town house offers true comfort and style.

A peaceful location just short drive from Vilamoura marina, with a large range of restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches. There are five superb golf course all with a 5 minute drive of the apartment. Ideal for golfers and families alike.

Bedroom 1 has double bed and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi-style bath/shower over, WC, washbasin and bidet.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom from bedroom 1 has a bath/shower over, WC, washbasin and bidet.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed.
Bedroom 4 has twin beds.
2 travel cots are available for guests to use.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances, including oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Breakfast table with 6 chairs.

The spacious lounge has ample seating with a 1 x four seater corner sofa and 2 x arm chairs. Entertainment console comprising of a TV with Satellite and DVD player. Dining table accommodates up to six people.

Patio doors lead out from the kitchen onto a patio BBQ area overlooking the to Millennium Golf Course with seating for 8 people. Patio doors lead out from the lounge onto a patio and private grass area with direct access to the swimming pool.

The large, illuminated swimming pool (with children's pool) is set in a completely enclosed landscape area which is totally private and exclusive to the residents of the apartment complex. Underground parking is also available.

Further details

Bookings are confirmed with the payment of a 20% deposit. Balance payments are due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable £200 breakage deposit is also required.

Changeover day is Saturday or Sunday during the busy period. Flexible changeover subject to availability outside of this time period. Guests may gain access to property from 3pm on arrival days and must vacate property by 11 am on departure days.

Vilamoura is home to a number of superb golf courses and is a well-known world-class golf destination. The most recent addition is the superb new Arnold Palmer-designed Victoria Course, which hosted the 2005 World Golf Championships. Along the coast there are many more top courses to suit any standard of golfer, from the novice to professional.
